When the reservation was made I assume that the pickup would be at the main airport but it was at the private airport. The office was closed when our flight arrive but Hertz was able to provide a car at the main airportEasirent

We got a warning to change oil. We called and no one seemed to care. It was quite aggravating and time consuming.4.8 Mediocre

Cons:
I rented a medium size car and Alamo gave me a compact, much smaller than I paid for. On top of that the attendant insisted in me taking road assistance which cost me another $100. It was a rip off. You can tell they are mad cause people refuse their insurance which is $40 per day and the other add one they desperately want us to accept so the rental fee doubles in price.8.0 Very good

The USB port didn't work!!! So I couldn't use it to charge and run my iPhone for directions. This could have been disastrous if I had a longer trip to get to my GPS destination.10.0 Wonderful

Staff friendly and helpful.Cons:
Only two vehicles to choose from in class we reserved. Since we needed luggage space over comfort we chose the Rav 4 which smelled like a cigar smoker had it last and there was a small burn hole in the driver’s seat. We are not smokers and we’re disappointed.Sunnycars
