Experience every modern luxury at this Prague hotel overlooking the Vltava River and Prague Castle. Located in the heart of the historical city, the hotel features a salt water indoor pool, full-service spa, and restaurant terrace, where you can see Prague’s skyline illuminate at night. This luxury Prague hotel is ideally placed just steps from the most famous shopping boulevard, Parizska Street, lined with art nouveau houses and close to the historic old town.
New rooms with excellent amenities. Room size nearly similar to US located hotels. Very quiet. Excellent staff. Very good restaurant in the hotel. Close to Wenceslas square, Charles bridge, old square, synaguogues (all less than 5 minutes on foot). Don't use their taxi to get to the airport (50% higher fee than any taxi company recommended in an average travel book).
This is definitely a first-class hotel in a great location with good-sized rooms for the money. The building itself is ugly Soviet architecture, but once you're in it, you don't even notice. The only other negative is that the charge for every add-on is outrageous -- for example, $30 to use the internet for a limited time, which leads to you heading out to cafes just to connect. All in all, I would definitely stay here again -- the location, room quality and overall good feeling is worth the value.
I wanted to warn discriminating travelers away from this hotel. It is a strong 3 star, average 4 star at best - even though advertised as a 5 star hotel. Rooms are very small, out of style, with weak internet and audiovisual selections. Location is good however, and staff helpful, but I will not stay here again. The hotel bar is a joke. Room service food was below average in taste, and above average in price. I didn't try the restaurant on the top floor, but I hear it is pretty good. If I had my wife with me on this trip I would have relocated, but for business it was acceptable, but only so.
The hotel accommodations, the staff, the service we can only equate it to the Ritz-Carlton experience. \nFabulous location in the center of everything....the concierge is absolutely amazingly helpful about every single enquiry...they are there to make your stay a dream and answer every concern to the fullest.\nMy husband and I are planning a longer stay in April...between the hotel service and comfort and the magnificent museum like city of Prague you only want to visit again....if your interest is Prague do not hesitate for a moment it will be a trip you would want to duplicate always.\nJust Perfect in every way.
Stayed 4 nights. Great location, walking distance to all. Room was great. Upgraded upon arrival to room . If at all possible get this room. City view, river view, large, large, large. Club level great. Very attentive sttaff throughout hotel.
Stayed there with my family and it was really gr8.Professional and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and close to the Old Town, Charles bridge. Is worth the money.
This hotel was a little pricey, but worth it. Big room, nice bathroom, great location. Jewish Quarter and Old Town Square were right down the street. Prague is amazing. I highly recommend a visit!
we initially booked a standard room but upon arrival we upgraded to the club rooms. the room was the same size, but we were given the privilege of using an area which had computers, breakfast buffet and complimentary food and beverages. My husband particularly enjoyed the 'happy hour' they offered each night.
Best location in the city, just walk distance to all attractions. Great views and friendly professional staff
