how quick everything was dealt with - check-in/out. and very good food.
So near everything!!! Couldn't be more central
No lounge bar to sit in the evening
Being in the Centre amongst all the cafe`s and shops was very nice.Staff very helpful and friendly
The reception area doesn't do the hotel justice. It is confusing with the concert tickets being sold in the same area. The lift is very same and does look like it could do with redecorating. I thought these things let the hotel down.
Excellent location and spacious rooms.
Breakfast was poor for star rating, limited choice, bread was dry, fruit offered past its best and juices nothing more than weak squashes.
Good service. There were some problems with the plumbing in the room we first got, but when we complained we immediately got another room. Quiet surroundings in spite of the very central location.
The breakfast buffet was not so exciting...
