I waited over an hour for the car then had to wait for the car I was renting to get cleaned only took 5 mins to clean the car ... were in a pandemic so it would’ve been nice to see the car throughly cleaned4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
This car rental folks called me a week before my trip to confirm that I was still travelling. Then they called again two days before I travelled. And lastly the day of travelling. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the customer representative realized that the trunk was not completely clean. So she picked up the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed it herself. Personally I think that's what good customer service is all about.Cons:

Staff was nice but the car smelled like a dirty toilet. The brakes on the car were very bad. It made sense when the representative asked me if I planned on doing a lot of driving.Cons:

Cons:
They called me the day of my rental and left me a message that they didnt have a car for me even though I had a reservation. Never made any effort to try and help me otherwise. I tried calling back numerous times and never got through. Ended up having to rent with a different rental agency who could accommodate me and at least acknowledge me.7.6 Good

I dropped the car off in Port Canaveral at 6pm on a Saturday. They closed at 4pm. There was not any clear instructions on what to do with hour keys etc....Avis

The Kayak site included "California MD". She hadn't noticed and books a fair rate. The problem was that we weren't going there! Neither Kayak, NextCar nor the actual rental car place in Lexington Park would cancel the transaction even though it was a week away.3.2 Poor
