lovely place, very kindly staff and disponible all day and night, an accomodation to recomend to people who want to discover Iguazu at justified price.
We really liked the pool. It was nice to relax there with maybe a beer or a drink brought to you by the friendly staff.
The manager was not so nice, when we asked a question about some loud terrifying screaming we heard in the night he was trying to make a joke out of it. And the towels we got were not clean.
We thought that the location of the hotel was just a perfect one if you like to visit the Iguazu Waterfalls. For the price you pay it really is a great hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The giftshop staff came in during siesta for an emergency flip-flop purchase. They accommodated all 3 of our kids and 2 adults in one room for no extra charge.
It was sooo dirty. The lobby floor was filthy the whole 3 days. Someone started cleaning a few tile squares in the corner, but the rest was so dirty that you could see people's footprints. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets very thin. I think they're working on improving the hotel, but they need to hire some cleaning staff.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They answered all our questions and helped make recommendations on places to visit. The hotel is located half way between town and the falls which was nice since we wanted to visit both.
Our room was moldy and smelled like mold. The linens seemed like they were worn out and old.
Rooms are large and uncrowded.
It was the worst bed we've slept during our month - and 12 hotels - in Argentina. Hotel is under renovation, I hope they change the mattresses !
friendly and welcoming staff, room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to get to the falls and to the town either by public bus or taxi.Nice swimming pool to relax at.
breakfast bufffet was poor
Dirty, cheap and basic:: never a 3 star hotel
Friendly staff and good breakfast spread
A bit scruffy (with building work going on) and 'faded'. Also some way out of town though taxis are available
