Pros:The beach was beautiful, the pools were amazing, the rooms were nice and the adults only category was very nice. White sandy beaches with beautiful palm trees and turquoise waters was just like the pictures!
Cons:The food staff was very nice however, the front desk staff and room service staff were not as accommodating as I expected. I don’t consider myself high maintenance and I have travelled a fair amount, and do not expect perfection, but when the front desk individual hangs up the phone while I’m still asking a simple question, and does the same to my sister when she ordered room service, I find that to be less than satisfactory for a resort whose first priority is supposed to be customer service.

Pros:Love the cleanliness and attentive staff. Never have to request anything they are one step ahead of you. Housekeeping comes 4 times a day and so does the beverage restock.
Cons:The restaurants need better menu items with more options. Lunch food isn't the best. Limited options. Dinner is good

Pros:Beautiful beaches with lush palm trees as shade, instead of rows of cabanas. Hotel and rooms were extremely clean!
Cons:Food was just okay and service was good but not amazing. It was a great value, but not a luxury hotel.

Pros:The rooms are cheerful and clean with great views from the balcony. All the palm trees were great to stay in the shade on the beautiful beach. The pool was very clean and lots of chairs in that area. Food was good and varied for different tastes. Drinks were the best this year compared to the last two times we have stayed there. Staff very friendly and nice. Frig was stocked every day with soda we liked so they followed what we preferred to drink. It was a great relaxing experience at this resort and we will be back again as this is the favorite we have ever stayed at on an island vacation. We were not pestered with anyone selling us time shares or excursions to take so nice to relax fully.
Cons:I can honestly say that I can't think of any negative thing about this resort and it has gotten better with each time we have stayed there.
