Wish they would have Pico de ha to, sour cream and cheese for egg selection
Front desk employee was very customer service oriented. We felt like welcomed guests. She picked out a great room for us for a relaxing night.
Wonderful staff and clean rooms.
You can hear everything in the room above. People above us had kids that jumped around all hours of the night.
Clean and comfortable.
Room was a little small
Very clean, quiet and pleasant. Excellent bed - we slept really well.
When I arrived, I wasn't able to register because I'd paid for the room using a reloadable Visa card, which couldn't be swiped. My Canadian debit card couldn't be swiped either, although the gas station next door had no problem with it.
We had a little water leak in our room. The staff was prompt at trying to fix the problem and help make our stay comfortable.
clean, quiet, and comfortable; better than some higher priced and star level hotels, very good breakfast hours
nothing to not like
Awesome in every way..people were friendly and gracious
nothing to not like!!!
The breakfast was great! We especially enjoyed the healthy addition of the coarsely chopped black walnuts.
Free parking, breakfast, cookies and wifi. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
One elevator only so it may take time to get on.
Great staff, free DVD library
Close to freeway and highway exits
They didn't tell us they were going to test fire alarms. Waking up to the sounds of the alarms weren't pleasant and when I opened the door to the room the staff from the company that was testing the alarm was rude.
Distance of pet area from room. Lack of activities for older children/teens. We visited with children on our visit, but they did not stay at the hotel.
Friendly and accommodating staff. I was worried that I'd be able to hear the bing from the elevator from my room (I couldn't) but the manager offered to move me right away when I asked her whether others had mentioned it before.
I prefer hotels without "window unit" heat/air because they tend to blow cold air on the beds. However, that was the only thing. Also, the only fresh fruit at breakfast were bananas (at least that I saw).
location but nothing else. I would have slept better in my car.
the beds (both) were absolutely terrible. They sunk in the middle and I woke up with the worst back ache, you can't even imagine. I paid a lot for this hotel and for what to be in pain. I don't think I will be buying my hotels on priceline any more.
The room was clean and they did give me a roll away crib but I came home with a nasty spider bite! The night before staying here I was across the street at the Best Western and I would recommend you go there instead. Same price for a better stay.
Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast was not as healthy, very little protein choices. Coffee was good. Cookies were tasty. Didn't use the pool or hot tub or the gym.
We stayed at the hotel during a ice storm that took out our power at home. The staff 'assured' us that the power would not go out, leaving me to assume that they had a generator for the hotel. Oh course, 30 minutes into our stay, the hotel went black . . . and stayed black until we finally left in the morning. It was too dangerous to leave as the halls were black as well. The staff made no effort to accommodate us with even a partial discount - we had a DVD in the DVD player that we couldn't get out as a result - they promised to contact us and never did. Contacted them again & again - never got the DVD.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. The breakfast included an Omelet, sausage, donuts, fruitts and so much more. There were even fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies every day. We will definately be staying there again when we return to Puyallup.
We have been here for a week and have found it very nice and clean. Full breakfast is included as well as free internet. I was quite impressed when I checked in and was given a goodie bag of snacks and close parking as a Priority Club Member. Upon entering the well decorated room, the sound of soft music awaited us. The large room has a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, even a complimentary bottle of water! Great location close to the Puyallup Mall, Costco and lots of restaurants. Very nice front desk and house keeping staff. Complimentary Cookies and Coffee is always in the lobby. Enjoy your stay!
