Cons:
Admin error on their part prevented renting the vehicle. I left after 3 hours, with no resolution. I will never ise Enterprise again.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I received a phone call the day before scheduled pick up. Employee and I confirmed pickup "around 12 noon". However when I showed up at noon the office was closed and I could not get the rental, which I NEEDED as transportation to the airport. I tried calling several times and knocking on door but nobody answered. I was left high and dry. Unacceptable.10.0 Wonderful

Last at drop off was very nice.Cons:
I went through 4 cars in 2 hours. All were dirty. The third had an accident report and I had to drive back the 45 min to switch it out.2.0 Poor
