I ordered a midsize car. When I got to the rental office in Riverhead no one was at the desk. I called and called the phone and finally reached the attendant. He said he was outside. 30 minutes later he FINALLY appeared. Advised he only had a compact car. I had 4 passengers with luggage and struggled to get all in the car plus putting all that luggage in the small trunk. He advised me there were no other cars available So disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of consideration for me the customer.2.0 Poor

The vehicle was nicely appointed with leather seats and satellite radio.Cons:
Car did not have a gas cap. Gas was only at 5/8 level full. Took longer than it should have to return the vehicle.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
