Good, basic lodging at a good price. CRT style TV got a chuckle from my daughter.
Good hotel worth the price. Clean and confortable. We were on a road trip and found the hotel very suitable for a night stop. Room was clean and confortable, and a free breakfast was available. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and we had to seat in the lobby for an Internet access.
I stayed one night, and while the room was clean and comfortable, the fluorescent bathroom light never acheived full power. I did complain about it when I checked in but was told it would come up if I left it on. It did not, though I left it on all night. The women who checked me in were friendly and helpful within the limits of their ability, but ultimately, the problem with the light was not resolved, and the manager showed reluctance to do anything about it. I stayed at several motels during my eleven day trip, and though this was certainly not the worst, it was not as much value for the money as others that cost both less and more.
Stayed there the night before a Packer game. (Hard to find hotel rooms near Green Bay the Saturday evening before a Packer game.) About 30 min. from Lambeau Field -- not bad. Perfectly nice hotel -- easy to find, clean, attractive room, pleasant receptionist -- no issues, recommended.
We wanted some place inexpensive, and this one fit the bill. It was clean and comfortable, although the some of the staff were a bit surly, we would stay there again, and likely will due to the location.
good for price,good staff.clean hotel
I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times when I was in Racine. My long time friend lives within 2 miles and it was very convienient and one of the reasons I stayed there was because they had a hot tub/spa. it's all been shut down, with no date on when it will be modified. It seems it was shut down because of a girl getting caught in the drain, somewhere in the nation and they were told to chut it down, and I was told modifying the drain was going to cost well over 2,000 dollars....and due to the poor economy it likely may never be working again. I will find another hotel to stay at when i come to Racine. It's too bad too. I loved being close to the mall and my friend's place.
we had a pleasant stay and our room was very clean and comfortable .Staff was very frienly \n
When I checked into my first room I found it hadn't been cleaned yet. My next room was next to a loud group of people. The walls were very thin so I could hear talking, movies, etc... until 2:30 am. Even after the front desk told them to quiet down I could still hear them. The rooms need much better insulation.
Stayed at this MicroTel a number of times when visitng the Racine area. Never had a bad experience. The only negative thing; asked to have a room close to where I was on my previous stay, and that couldn't be met, so the front desk upgraded me to a suite. I was very very pleased
We stayed here for 4 nights, Check in was fast, the room was spotless, and it had everything I needed in a hotel. Free wireless internet, breakfast, hot tub, and not crowded. Could not have asked for better for the price. Would gladly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Racine area.
The rooms were larger than I expected and it was a nice hotel
