Nothing. The customer service was horrible they called me to confirm I showed up to pick up the rental they didn’t have it then they said they were going to bring me a car within the hour didn’t happen. Then they called me six hours laterCons:

Cons:
The enterprise that the rental was booked through, did not have the reservation and then proceeded to try and put us in a smaller vehicle for more money. Told us they didn’t have have a similar vehicle to what was reserved and good luck finding one. Will never use them or Kayak again.9.6 Wonderful

The saleswoman was very professional and nice. She gave us a nice, clean, new car and worked us through the controls before we drove away. I’ve never had that experience before when renting a car at the airport. Overall, it was a great experience!Cons:
The saleswoman tried very hard to talk me into taking the insurance on the car because the street in front of the rental office was under construction and she acted like I was going to get into an accident pulling out of there. First of all, the car she gave me was similar to the car I drive at home and second of all, I’m not stupid. I took it anyway because she was too pushy about it and made me uncomfortable.10.0 Wonderful

Returned vehicle at a different location. Took 30 minutes to be helped, while employees were talking on cell phones, eating lunch at the counters etc. Very unprofessional at clermont fl location.Easirent

I was assigned a car but it was not in it's location. I had to find an employee to find another car for me, which took about 15 minutes. The car I received was dirty and definitely wasn't cleaned beyond pre-covid standards. I'm not a germ freak, but greasy fingerprints on the screen and doors and a greasy feeling steering wheel are just nasty.6.4 Okay

The price and the vehicle was great.Cons:
At pickup, the vehicle was not ready, and had to wait. The help desk seemed to not want to be working. There was no information given about the return of the vehicle. I had to ask about return from the man working the gate, but even that was not enough. At return, there was no one to close the transaction, Just a sign saying to leave the keys in the car. I had to work with customer service for the next two days to get the extra daily charges removed from my credit card account because no one at the drop off location closed the account. I'll not rent from Thrifty and associated companies again.9.6 Wonderful

The price I paid overall was a fair price for the size vehicle and length of time I had itCons:
I did appreciate the way the manager treated me at checkout when I asked if there was a different vehicle available because I wasn't fond of a Kia. From that point on, the manager had a huge attitude issue and made it plain that she wished I wasn't there. The car i was given was dirty on the inside, it was supposed to have been cleaned before I got it but the cup holders were nasty, the center console area was disgusting, back seat cup holders had food in them and was sticky, the windows were nasty, ect. I had to put air in the right rear tire after getting it because the alarms started going off. When I returned the car, I informed them I had to air the tire up and they didn't act like they much cared about it.2.0 Poor

after booking my car rental on line I went to pick it up. I was told after I got there I could not rent it with a debit card but the amount was taken out of my account, They said it would take 5 to 7 days to be put back into my account. Enterprize let me rent one with a debit card.I will never use Hertz again. Not everyone has a credit card and they would not take cash.6.0 Okay

Center seat belt in the back had been cut out, was very inconvent. The middle seat would have been uselss had we not had a car seat with the anchor system.
