You pay for parking per vehicle. They'll give you as many as you want but won't warn you. Not a big issue, and those who travel frequently likely know this. This just took us off guard.
The location phenomenal. Everything was fantastic, until morning, kind of like when you go out and drunkenly bring someone home.
I prepaid for my booking, and so when the front desk asked me for a credit card, I didn't think anything of it. Just to cover incidentals, the clerk said. I woke up to a receipt slid under the door, $7 for parking. I was kinda ticked, but didn't really mind, because we parked in a parking garage, and i figured no major cost, its fine. Breakfast prices were insane. "Breakfast buffet" for 2 with one water and one juice was over $30. I say "buffet" because it was little more than a continental breakfast. On the buffet line were fruit, cereal, milk, eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, grits, and oatmeal (maybe I missed an item or two.) The restaurant had terribly poor service, the food was mediocre at best. The night before we went and grabbed dinner at The Burough, within walking distance of the hotel, for 2 entrees, 2 sides, 2 drinks, an appetizer, and amazing service, we paid the same as we did for breakfast.
Not even complimentary coffee in lobby for am
the bathroom facilities were too low
Location, clean and neat
Staff was less than competant, initially told me that they had no record of our second room being booked. Told us we would have to call the booking agent to resolve the issue. While waiting for the manager, another clerk came and found the reservation. Our initial person, had in correctly spelled the parties name. Instead of checking, she just told us there was no room available. Restaurant was inadequately staffed. There were only two wait staff and one cook on duty for breakfast, service was very slow and were seating people serving and clearing. Not enough people for a full hotel.
Free parking, the room was ready and clean when we arrived, the staff was efficient.
Front desk attendant was not knowledgeable about area.
the room, internet connection, location, safety, hotel staffs.
The location was within walking distance of many dining establishments. The hotal provided a listing and directions for these eateries.
The hotel dining accommodations (decor) could use an update.
Breakfast staff was unfriendly; breakfast is poor
