Quite, Relaxation , very nice view, staff are very kind.
- I toke more than one hour to check out from the resort. - Some time workers are roaming in front of swimming pool and break your privecy. - Room service is bad and inadequate.
Simply Everything !!!
Every thing was so nice about this Hotel
The villa , swimming pool, amenities in the villa, staff of the hotel, the whole atmosphere of luxury and relaxation.
The food in Al Waha and Saffron is very expensive and average quality. The water rotation in the swimming pool makes very unpleasant suction noise so we did not stay on the terrace in the evening because of that althought the weather was very pleasant.
When i reached the hotel i realized that the hotel is offering a 30% discount for UAE nationals, which means at least 200 dollars on what i paid. this issue make think not to depend on booking.com to make reservations inside UAE because i may get better offers making booking by telephone . i hope in the future such information should be transparent and available for the costumer to help him make better decisions.
the villa was amazing very nice decoration,, the pool size is really good for two people,, quite relaxing place and open to the desert not crowded at all,, I did like the moon bar where u can have food, drinks and shisha,, there food prices was little bid high but for the drinks it is really cheap.
lack o facilities,, there only two restaurants plus one bar and the resort is very big there should be more places to relax in they can place another bar,, the price some how is expensive 2600 ++ DHS for the normal villa I think it is over rated ,, the fair price should be around 1500 DHS.
