The bed was very comfortable. Great front staff. Enjoyed my stay!
Upgraded room with access to private service room
pool closed at 10pm. missed my window of opportunity
Comfortable bed, elegant rooms, clean and modern bathroom, friendly staff. Generally quiet.
A little noisy outside due to patrons leaving the attached nightclub.
Great hotel and location. Good value
That pets were allowed. Not convinced any room can be properly cleaned after having animals in them.
Hallway was loud during the night and could be heard easily in the room.
Everything was very good
Club is not worth paying for. Snacks and breakfast is not very good.
There pool was out of order but they offered us club status so we got a breakfast and evening drink and horduerves ( spelling?) included!
Clean, friendly and nice rooms.
The TV did not work, and the doors slammed shut very loud. Therefore anyone leaving there room throughout the night created a loud noise to wake you up multiple times.
light didn't work. No bathtub - and it didn't mention that ahead of time. the big problem was noise - it travelled under door and there were noisy young people slamming doors and talking very loud all evening and then they woke me up at 2:30 AM and when
Hard to find a plce to plug my portable computer.
I liked the view
The room was blowing cold air I complained several mtimes finally the second night the heater worked but room seemed dark and outdated along with outdated bath tub I was always getting a busy signal making out going calls 2nd day find out phone wasn't act
Lots of amenities, nice and well appointed rooms. EXTREMELY comfortable beds!!
There is a very large night club attached and even though we were on the 12th floor, we had a pounding bass from the music until 2AM. Also, someone was smoking on our non-smoking floor for a couple of hours and we got a lot of smoke smell in our room.
Location was great.
One working elevator for guest as well as staff. Crowded conditions. Pool was closed. Slow service and over crowded parking. Had to park on the grass. Other guests followed.
The rooms were good and had a nice view.
I wanted to use the pool but it was being rebuilt. I was really looking forward to that it was a disappointment. Also only one elvator workes
Nothing wrong with the location and the amenities, and the food in the restaurant was first rate.
Despite asking for a quiet night, the staff put us on a room immediately adjacent to a crane and a dumpster that started dumping concrete chunks into a steel bin at 7:30 am on a Saturday, despite dozens of quiet vacant rooms far from the noise.
It was a very old place updated but the walls and doors were paper thin.
The TV did not receive very many channels. Lamp did not work.
The bed was very comfortable. The gym was quite nice.
Two days in a row my room wasn't cleaned. The lighting in the room was ridiculously too low (fluorescent). The heater fan was too loud. The cable tv was difficult to navigate, no schedule and poor selection for channels. Barely any wifi connectivity.
Numerous pigeons outside the room window. Messy and pecking at the wind.
I was tricked by the nice pictures on the website for this hotel. Its not very nice at all. We went for the upgraded suite and it was not clean by any means and was not well updated at all. Also the toilet was from the 70's and wasnt even bolted down. Honestly stay at Holiday Inn on 67th.
We stayed at the Capri this summer and had a great experience. We were upgraded to a double family room. The room was spacious and well appointed for a family of 4. I had meetings in the Conference area and my family spent time in the pool and adjoining area. I understand there has been new management over the past year and everything was very professional and courteous. We definately will stay at the Capri when we return to Red Deer
nice room and hotel... however worse customer service I have ever had... I was charged 5 times for one nights stay... and after 10 days they finally blamed the credit card... terriable people to deal with and a overall negative experience This TripAdvisor Member: Liked ? the room ... however was lost by the negative staff experience Disliked ? staff!!! terriable and the management were worse
this hotel while comfortable has the worse customer service I have ever had. I had my credit card billed 5 times and then this issue dragged on for over 10 days... when it was finally fixed they blamed AMEX.
