my reservation was to pick up my car at noon. I was a few minutes late and when I got there the door was locked. I even called them and told them I was on my way. won't go back there againBudget

The booking process was easy.Cons:
The vehicle was dirty, it had alarms that popped up when turning it on to let me know that it was out of washer fluid and needed an oil change. There was a significant shake in the steering wheel when driving at 70-75 on the express way. Overall the car should not have been rented to a customer.Hertz
