We never got the rental. We were called 15 minutes before the original pick up time and told that the rental would be delayed an hour. When we arrived at the new pick up time, still no rental. We were told that the rental was in DC and would take another hour. We were very disappointed.9.2 Wonderful

Look closely at the details for drop off. To receive the rate I had to drop the car off 15 miles away from the airport. The rate that was quoted was still never accepted. I ended up paying $60 more than my reservation.9.6 Wonderful

The van was clean and available upon arrival. The associate that checked car in was quick, and professional. Although there was a customer waiting to be checked in, he answered questions I had regarding future rentals and never appeared rushed.Hertz

When we arrived there was no one at the counter. After waiting ten minutes, the agent came and was downright rude. Although we had booked the car in advance she claimed there were no cars on the lot for us to take. We were left stranded without transportation. I was highly disappointed at how we were treated and would not recomend using them. Additionally, I had purchased an insurance policy with the car and only the car rental was canceled not the insurace I booked. I would like a refund for my insurance.Cons:
