The spa was amazing and worth every penny! The amenities and services they provided exceeded my expectation. It was a wonderful girls weekend away from the kids for a much needed pampering.
I wish they had more of a nightlife for people in their 20's-30's.
Clean and modern. The casino has plenty of games to choose from. Lots of options for dining.
The staff was terrific. The food we had was excellent. The room was accommodating. The facility is average. 4 stars seems high for the amenities, but it appears to be one of the best Reno has.
If you don't have anything at the convention center, you are not walking distance from the downtown or riverwalk. The pool and hottub area, indoor and out are questionable.
Great beds, very comfortable, very friendly staff, & great value!
We had several basketball games at the convention center, so loved that we could walk back and forth over the bridge. Several great dining choices for a family with picky eaters.
Our non-smoking room still smelled very smokey.
Decor, excellent buffet, friendleness, room size, great mattress lighted makeup miror. Room decor. free wifi, senior discount at buffet was a very nice surprise. Will stay there any time we are in Reno. Will recommend to friends and fanily.
Sigle sink in bathroom
The room was nice but kayak we paid 200 for a room that was a handicap room and was suppose to have a spa in the room and the TV shows sucked no movies. I will stay again but I'll never go through kayak again
Staff was very friendly. Restaurants where great
Non-smoking room smelled of smoke really bad.
I LOVED the room, very nice and clean.
Resort fees of $16.95. That's almost $20 and you don't get anything for that really. It's just a way for them to have lower rates but have the hidden fee
Has pretty much everything you need on sight with a great space for table games with low limits for the frugal gambler. The dealers were super- friendly. We also drove up to Tahoe and were pretty well into the mountains in 10 minutes and looking at Lake Tahoe within 45 minutes or so.
Room was nice, but had some pretty outdated parts. I had trouble finding the lights and the lamp next to the bed was hard to turn off without actually having to get out of bed to press the button. And the toilet paper is set up with a fresh roll crammed behind the main roll so it was impossible to get toilet paper without actually taking the mechanism apart.
The room was nice and updated. Hotel staff was nice and friendly.
Need more staff on the check in desk, I was waiting more than half an hour to get check in. There's was only one staff at the desk is not acceptable for 5 star hotel.
you pay 3-2 black jack food was good
limited on kids area
Parking, service, friendly staff, excellent room!
I had to leave early because of the coming bad weather. I was on my motorcycle
The food and the servers were the best out of my stay. Rooms are comfortable .
I am not a smoker, but am ok with the smoke in Casino but not in my room. I was trying to sleep when someone was smoking in their room and it comes through the air vents. I woke up with swollen eyes and bad headache. Front desk people need to show that they care when there is a complaint.
Clean, good staff, nice pool, not too smokey, updated room, comfortable bed.
Toilet kept running, bath did not drain rite ,floor lamp did not work, coffee pot did not work. Staff fixed everything, but these problems unusual for this hotel.
Concergiege staff very friendly and helpful.
Hotel suite was falling apart tile broken in bathroom. Rugs around pool area, and in hotel bathroom...seemed not clean and cheap looking.
Facility, beautiful rooms
Paper thin walls I could hear everytime my neighbors would leave room
the mattresses are very comfortable. it was nice and quiet at night and in the morning...and we had a beautiful view of the city and mountains. the staff was great...great restaurant....but the resort fees are a killer...!!!
did not like instead of providing a terry floor mat... it was this torn and worn out brown rug, it did not look very sanitary or clean... also very skimpy with their receptors and the coffee table is really small ....
Location is good.
The whole place is dated and smells like smoke. It wouldn't have been such a big deal but the room cost me well over $200 because I went right after Burning Man. I felt like I got hosed.
