The value. For the price, especially in Reno, the room was excellent. The customer service was quite good too.
Very convenient location near the airport and whole foods and other restaurants.
The slow service at the café for breakfast.
Has everything one needs and close to everything!!
Does not have a van to transport between airport and hotel.
Hotel is hard to find, It is NOT at the address they claim.
Great staff. Beautiful accommodations. Very comfy bed.
Everything was excellent except the thin walls. With ear plugs in, I could still hear the ppl next door talking. It disturbed my sleep. Suggest asking to be assigned to a room, perhaps one with no neighbors directly next door.
Comfort and convenience
Smoke and Fire alarm in morning complete with firemen and trucks. What we hoped to be a much needed sleep-in turned into a hustle to get dressed and gather up our things. Things happen and fortunately it was contained in one room.
Very clean and nicely decorated.
It was very difficult to locate. We had to call and ask directions after spending at least half an hour trying to find it.
The pool/spa is opened from 6am to 11pm, that is awesome. We also liked the snack bar type of restaurant with starbucks coffee, even mochas etc.
The counter/sink area for the bathroom was too small, only one person could get ready at a time and that was the only mirror (other than the mirrored closet doors opposite the sink). Also, the sign on Virginia St. was so small we passed the hotel.
Nothing stands out!
The room was very small and uncomfortable for the size of my family. I was expecting it to be like a suite with a private bedroom, sofa bed. Since it was suppose to be a special trip for my Neice who turned 21.
Nice common area decor, and 'Bistro' conveniently located. Ground floor patio would be nice if not for loud vent pipe exhaust from fitness center.
Even with GPS, hard to find due to poor signage, location unexpectedly off main road, tucked up a driveway behind shopping center buildings. Room 106 is very loud due to adjacent vents from fitness center/spa/pool. Tiny pool! Needs free breakfast
yes it was good location
they advertise free breakfast but they did not have one.
the location was misrepresented, we had a view of a dirt lot
We really like this place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They serve Starbucks coffee in the little 'bistro' and will even make some for you when the bistro is closed. I was traveling with my husband, mother-in-law and good friend and although the breakfast options weren't extensive enough for them, their is a restaurant within a short walking distance that we all loved. The only negative would be for those who want to be within walking distance to the casinos. There is a shuttle for the Atlantis that will pick you up though if you don't have your own vehicle or just want to save on gas. Lots of shopping near by too.
Room was clean, staff was nice and Bistro was nice for breakfast.
We stayed here for a few night in the summer I was worried about the heat but our a/c worked great. The room and bathroom were very clean and a plus is that its a non smoking hotel! No continental breakfast but they do have a dining room that serves breakfast. Also lots of shopping and food near by.
This hotel was very noisey. I was awaken at 11:00 p.m. by a cell phone ringing in the room next to me. I could hear the entire conversation. This was an adjoining room but the door was shut and locked on both sides. I told the front desk and they were not concerned.
Very clean, super friendly staff and top notch service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that does NOT want to stay in a stinky casino. Easy on/off the Xway, lots of good eats nearby.
