It was serviceable. Met basic needs of a place to rest and recover before our next flight. There were no hangers in the closet. None available either. No coffee pot but the microwave came in handy. Bed was not great but surprisingly I didn’t have back issues. From sleeping on it. TV was nice size. AC was loud but did the job. The biggest issue was the scheduled shuttle to the airport. We requested a 7:30 am pickup and we’re told to be outside at 7:20. We complied. Waited and waited. Asked desk where shuttle was and she said he was in traffic and it would be 30 minutes. Well, by then it was 7:45. I couldn’t wait so I ordered an Uber. The shuttle shows up at 8, at the same time our Uber arrives. Being an Uber driver myself, I wasn’t going to cancel. So now we are behind the eight ball and soon to be 31 dollars poorer. I understand traffic can be an issue but at the least the shuttle driver could have let us know that he would be late. So we could make other arrangements sooner. Thankfully, our airline was having issues so we made our flight. We were the last to board!

Pros:At least I didn't have to sleep in the airport.
Cons:No elevator; Unhelpful staff; They surcharged me $8 for no reason (I showered and slept--Not sure what I did that cost an extra $8); A/C did not work properly; I specifically asked them to NOT give me a morning wakeup call.... Lo and behold, they rang me at 5:45am. WHY??; In requesting a pickup from the airport, I was kept on hold for 15 minutes.

Pros:As soon as I collected my baggage I called the front desk and they sent the shuttle to pick me up. The receptionist was welcoming, the shuttle driver helpful. There was a wonderful El Salvadoran restaurant a block away. The rooms were clean and updated.
Cons:I have nothing bad to say.

Pros:They had a free shuttle to the airport which was great since I was alone and didn't have a car. My flight got cancelled and so I just needed a place to stay until my flight in the morning. The drivers were super nice.
Cons:The receptionist was not very informative. I couldnt get into my room with the key, and she had forgotten to tell me i had to pull the handle up. They didnt have an elevator so I had to keep going up and down the stairs with my heavy bag to get this figured out. She had written the code to the wifi on my room key, but never told me, so I had lots of trouble getting on to the wifi. The walls are so thin and I could hear every little thing, including people walking down the halls and opening and closing their doors at all hours of the night.

Pros:Staff was nice. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport that ran every hour starting at 4am, and they offered to pick us up from the Wonderland exit of the T . All we had to do was call them once we arrived at the station. They also offered an early check-in, albeit for an extra $25, but that was nice for us.
Cons:The hotel was in a somewhat scetchy looking area of town. In fact, my husband and I decided to walk the about 5 min walk from the Wonderland exit of the T back to the hotel at 10pm on a Saturday night (he's in the military so we were not too concerned about being safe)and I was, in a sense, assaulted on the walk. As we passed a group of 4 teenagers walking the opposite direction, the girl passing me put her full force into hitting me with her shoulder and elbow in the ribs. I thought she had bruised my ribs it was so hard. She also did it to the couple walking in front of us. So, not a neighborhood to walk around at night, even in a group. Also, the hotel is situated right next to a very busy three lane road and even with the windows closed the noise of the vehicles outside was pretty loud on the third floor. Another couple we spoke to said they were on the floor below ground level and said they were constantly hearing people walking up and down the stairs and she couldn't sleep because of it. Not a place for the light sleeper. And the room was decorated nicely, but everything was very well worn.

Pros:We were looking for a room for the night close to the airport that offered complimentry shuttle service to the airport at an affordable rate. It was rated a 3 star but we felt it was much better. It was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. The outside was deceiving as it looked a bit run down but inside was a pleasent surprise.

Pros:I booked this hotel only about a day before as we did not plan our trip ahead of time, and this was one of the least expensive hotels in the area. I thought that the location was close enough to Boston and the price wasn't too bad.
Cons:The location was horrible-- right along the road so there was a ton of smoke and dust. Don't stay outside for too long! The rooms were also very run-down and not clean. I've stayed at motels that were much better kept. I would not stay here again and would rather pay a bit more for a looot more comfort.
