Floors matted dirty
Nice friendly staff, comfy beds.
The candy in the room.
No complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but not sound proof at all.
the staff was overly whelmingly helpful extremely nice they went out of their way to accommodate me at every turn I will stay there again
I do not know why it has one star. I would rate it as a 2.5 star hotel.
It's location; on main street and immediately across the street from the city park.
Poor air conditioning; no electrical outlets worked in the bathroom or bedroom; only extention cord available in the TV/Hide-a-bed room; no TV in our bedroom...the hotel was selling their TVs at the front door of the hotel for $35.00 each...very tacky.
Several holes in wall, torn wallpaper, lamps did not work, spa was drained (out of order), ants in the gym on floor, peeling paint etc.
Took an hour and a half to check in at 2 am after we had been driving all day; night staff was incredibly helpful but was inexperienced and day manager was unwilling to offer any compensation or apologies. Room was not clean. Breakfast was not great.
The staff was very helpful and gracious. We were checked in immediately. While there a snow storm prevented us from leaving and motel management allowed us to stay an additional night at a reduced price.
More than met our expections
Staff was great
Very old. Still had old box tv. Water was cold then hot, them cold again. Not that clean. Ok for the price, but not great.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. For an older hotel it was in good shape. I liked that it allowed animals. The room was clean and had plenty of room to move around in.
That animals had to be on the bottom floor. We have an older dog that can't climb stairs anymore and it was hard to get him up and down the stairs. We only stayed one night so we only brought him in one time and out the next morning.
The room is much larger than normal for this type of motel. I especially like having a desk as well as a table, extra electrical outlets, and lots of counter space.
The cold scrambled eggs at breakfast weren't worth the effort. It would have been nice if the fridge had been turned on.
Room was nice
Restaurant inside hotel terrible
The layout was cool, and its located downtown and across from a park which was nice.
The hotel is old, but weren't expecting anything wonderful based on the rating. However the people we encountered in this town were rude so i wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have to. I grew up in a small town and was surprised by the attitudes.
pet friendly, $10 per night
all smoking rooms. really bad.really bad.really bad.really bad.
The hotel well located on the way to Vegas but is old and feels a bit uncomfortable.
The room had trash under the bed, and a dog squeak toy. It clearly wasn't vacuumed. The quality of the bedding was poor (the fitted sheet had lost most of the elastic in the corners and kept moving around every time I moved.) I spent the same amount on a different hotel on the way back, and that place was FABULOUS. I am very picky about cleanliness and this is why I won't recommend this Days Inn.
Water dripping from room above into our bathroom, most likely from a wax ring problem with the above toilet, sick! Mold around top of shower. Ice machine out of ice due to many customers, had to ask for a ironing board and iron, that were to come with the room, wireless internet required me to go into my computer and configure it for this site using a three page instruction manual, complimentary coffee machine did not come with stiring straws or spoons. Basement room felt musty and dark. Badly needs cleaning up and up dating. Evening customer service was good. Next day front desk clerk was rude.
Upon checking in i was asked what time i'd like my room cleaned.I was pleasantly surpised!!!Room and motel were clean, staff friendly. No free continental breakfast but on site restaurant served good food for reasonable prices.Parking was a little tight and didn't seem to have enough spaces if motel was fully ocupied.Over all.....nice place and worth the price.
I paid more for this room than a three star hotel in dowtown Salt Lake City. Motel is old, I was under the impression that breakfast was included. It is not. Not a good deal for the money. Would definitely recommend other places.
