Staff was greatPool was broken it was the main reason for staying there. Restaurant inside is not good. Wouldn't even give us a break on food cost when we couldn't eat the food. Beds are hard.
Very old. Still had old box tv. Water was cold then hot, them cold again. Not that clean. Ok for the price, but not great.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. For an older hotel it was in good shape. I liked that it allowed animals. The room was clean and had plenty of room to move around in.
That animals had to be on the bottom floor. We have an older dog that can't climb stairs anymore and it was hard to get him up and down the stairs. We only stayed one night so we only brought him in one time and out the next morning.
The room is much larger than normal for this type of motel. I especially like having a desk as well as a table, extra electrical outlets, and lots of counter space.
The cold scrambled eggs at breakfast weren't worth the effort. It would have been nice if the fridge had been turned on.The desk clerk was welcoming and friendly. The room was quite large, with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There was a desk as well as a table, so two people could actually work on our computers comfortably. The desk had extra electrical outlets, a welcome touch. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the blackout curtains were effective. Richfield is a great place to stop for the night when traveling between Arizona and Idaho. It's in a quiet, beautiful setting, and the drive through the Lenoir Valley is one of the most scenic in the U.S. - but not much longer than taking the interstate.
Room was nice
Restaurant inside hotel terribleNo elevators that was hard for me
The layout was cool, and its located downtown and across from a park which was nice.
The hotel is old, but weren't expecting anything wonderful based on the rating. However the people we encountered in this town were rude so i wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have to. I grew up in a small town and was surprised by the attitudes. The hotel was fine for the price and a place to stop for the night, but that's it.
pet friendly, $10 per nightThis hotel was about half the price of another we could have stayed at...but since we use it as a 'commuter stop' between CA and CO, we stay here. It is clean, quiet and staff is friendly.....it is also pet friendly.....
Very old. I thought the hot tub and pool where indoor but were not. Breakfast was horrible.Very old. Not horrible for the price but don't expect to have a breakfast.
They did not have the continental breakfast the mornIng we were there. The bathrooms were not even close to being clean. The drinking fountain in the lobby had not been cleaned for a very long time. Just overall very dirty. I requested a rollaway and neveThis motel was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in. Bathrooms were filthy, the floor not vacuumed on the side is the bed, and the lobby was also dirty. I feel the continental breakfast is a false advertisement. It was not available when we stayed. I would never recommend this hotel.
