Workers there are friendly. The place was beautiful. And everything is fine.
Far more than I expected from a Holiday Inn Express, including an excellent complimentary breakfast.
This was a nice stay, clean rooms and updated everything. The staff was exceptionally nice.
it was great room was clean tv flat screen with more channels than what i get at home breakfast was very good better than dennys only thing i could fault no in room ref or microwave
Went for a funeral and ended up taking another family member with me. Brandon at the front desk was very kind about changing my room to one with 2 beds for free even though my reservation had warned me that any changes would result in an being charged 1 night for the original room. Then he was so kind to help me get around town - recommending dinner places and directing me to the funeral home and the church. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The mattress, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable. I stayed on the freeway side, but I barely noticed it. All the rooms are nonsmoking, but for me, that is a good thing. They open the pool and exercise room earlier and keep them open later than other hotels I've stayed at, so I can even squeeze those in my busy day. The breakfast was very nice and the staff member didn't stop for even a second keeping things stocked. I tried the computer in the business center, and it was a bit slower than home but was in a quiet room and worked fine. Thanks for the great stay!
nice hotel great staff clean rooms I would request a room away from freeway side
We traveled with a group of square dancers. Check-in was OK considereing 4 couples checked in at once. We were given a key but when we got to the room, the maid was still cleaning it. She said the one across the hall was done and she would exchange our keys for us. Later as we got ready for the dance, we noticed the towels and tolietries had not been replaced. We had only one bath towel. My husband had to go to the desk for them. Other than that, the room was clean. Noise that night was another thing. People staying in nearby rooms did non-stop slamming of doors from 11pm to 11:30pm. They were up for breakfast at 6am. I guess they couldn't figure how to quietly shut their doors.
The hotel was decorated nicely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Stayed there one night in late Sept 2009 on a vacation out west. I only wish our other hotels were as nice and clean as this one. The staff was great. They have a business center for guests so if you need to use a computer its right there. The breakfast was fantastic.
Very clean, nice and new hotel. Friendly staff. Could've used some extra staff during a very busy breakfast crowd.
