Room was very large. Good location. Good amount of parking. WiFi worked well.
Bathroom was small. Breakfast wasn't very good. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
The pool closed way too early. The furniture was a little dated.
Staff at check in and check out very friendly and professional
No place to sit and chat with visitors. People checking in and out were listening to personal conversation so we left and followed it up eating elsewhere
Otherwise everything was perfect! Great and friendly service, wonderful bedroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was top-notch and the atmosphere as you walk through the first floor was soothing! They had a 'babbling brook' inside! Loved our stay!
There was only one disappointment we had at our stay. The bathroom was small and only had a shower! My wife loves to sit in a tub after a day!
Location and staff were great, food was good !
Friendly and Courteous staff, good breakfast, modern decor, clean rooms!
Location and lobby area
Bathroom very small
The hotel is conveniently located near the highway
Upon check in there was no explanation of where the free breakfast was or even any details about the evening reception. Just got my keys handed to me. The room is labeled as 2 queen beds but the beds are more full sized than queen. Bathroom is extra small
Price of the food
The location is the best thing about this hotel.
The hotel has a policy concerning debit card purchases: I charged my drinks in the bar on Saturday and the hotel placed a pending transaction on my account, then charged my card on Monday (normal). It's Tuesday and there is still a pending amount.
I have stayed at many Embassy Suites. This one seemed to have an extensive plant life surrounding the interior that seemed surreal.
The did not seem to be enough seating for the amount of guests for happy hour as well as breakfast.
Front desk man named Bobby! He was a 5 star experience - super helpful, super nice, super welcoming. Awesome guy!
Tub could be cleaner; free breakfast is nice but runs out too quickly and french toast/pancakes - pick. French toast just brushed with egg and pancakes very pale. Staff's great, cook needs a little tweaking.
two room suite and nice breakfast
view out the window!! roof with weeds!
For the price, this hotel seemed very old and was not in a desirable area.
The location for me is perfect as it is 5 minutes to my families house and still gives us a nice retreat. Loved the cooked to order breakfasts. Great staff.
We went to Embassy Suites for Labor Day and had a wonderful time. The room was clean and accomodations wonderful, just like we expected. We have learned to book at the Embassy Suites every chance we have (except in Chicago- NOOO!). Thank you Embassy Suites for being so family friendly. Oh, and we go to Embassy Suites to just get away and vacation. Remember 'Bedtime Stories' with Adam Sandler? We truly do go to a hotel to experience the hotel. We are a family on a budget and we live a simple life and just going to a hotel is a real treat to the kids. Again, thank you Embassy Suites on ensuring that you are the treat- not the city attractions or other city amenities. We go simply for YOU.
I always stay at embassy suits when available. I was very pleased with the staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable as usual. We enjoyed he managers reception too. The hotel clerk gave us a pass for my son and his fiance to attend the reception when i told her we were here to see my son off to Afghanistan. It was memorial weekend, and we expected to have some celebrations for the fallen soldiers, considering the strong military history in the area. We were unable to find any. I am very happy i stayed at the embassy, the reception was a nice place to spend every precious moment with my son before we sent him off to war. Thank you for allowing him to attend the reception with us.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The made to order breakfast was excellent. Would definetly stay here agian.
I love staying at Embassy Suites! Free parking is right out front so you don't have to worry about being in a garage. The staff was very friendly. I didn't have an ironing board in my room but I spoke with the front desk and it was there within 30 minutes. The rooms (suites) are perfect for families. You can have your own seperate bed and tv without any conflicts with the kids. And breakfast was great!! It's a real hot breakfast; not just cold coffee and stale doughnuts. Eggs to order, bacon, saugage, pancakes. The whole nine yards!! This is my second time at this particular hotel and my third time at an Embassy Suites hotel but all three experiences overall having me singing their praises!! Now this is what I call a hotel. I would stay here just to get away from home!!
Advertising high speed Internet then providing minimal bandwith and charging for faster service is petty. The TV system sucks. Took two minutes to change channel due to having to back out to menu then select TV then select cable then scroll down to next channel. Surfing was impossible. Won't be back.
I was forced to stay in a smoking room after reserving a non smoking room. When asked to be moved I was told there was nothing available. I went back after three nights and insisted a non smoking room because I got very sick on the smoking floor, then I was given a non smoking room and was rushed to move out of the smoking room, this upset me. I had reserved 5 nites and was told thats why I had to take a smoking room in the first place. ???? I loved staying at the Embassy Suites in the past never had a problem.
