The popcorn they serve in the restaurant.
The carpet was dirty the hotel staff is rude. The room's are dirty.I checked in the hotel and this mentally ill man who walked of the street was at the front desk arguing with security. I was in fear of my safety I told my company that I wanted to stay some where else the next time and don't book through priceline ever again. Priceline only cares about making these inhabitable hotel's money. These hotels are empty for a reason.
Checked in late at night. An employee's four kids (roughly 3 -10 yrs) were running wild in the lobby. The youngest was pushing a luggage cart around.Had the feel of a one-star.
Bathroom light broken and could have been cleaner
It's a few minutes away from an amazing restaurant, Stella's.
Run down, rude staff, inedible food. The clerk at check-in was very rude about the fact we used Priceline. She insisted that all rooms purchased using 'third party vendors' came with 2 queen size beds, rather than the king we requested. There was a minor problem with the room, so we asked her to send maintenance. She said maintenance was not working, so instead of a 1 minute fix, we has to pack up and move rooms! Once again I requested a king size bed and she said no, because of the 'third party vendor.' Really!?! When you make us pack and move rooms!?! Oh, and the shower in the 2nd room leaked, too. Nice. The hotel was kind of run down and in poor repair. Breakfast was not even free... And was inedible. How do you ruin english muffins!?! Fortunately there is a Krispy Kreme nearby. When I checked out, and the clerk asked how our stay was, I told him. He offered me a free bre...
Hotel was well maintained and the staff were friendly. The location was such that a short drive took you to the downtown area in one direction and to the suburban shopping/mall locations in the other direction. There was ample parking and access.
No options for pay per view movies or events.Overall a nice place to stay.
Very accomodating staff
Loud; felt like a 2-star, not a 3-star; physical facility is old and it shows.A good place to sleep; eat somewhere else.
dirty bathroom, run down hotel, musty smell to the room, no free breakfast, slow draining sinkDo not stay here. This is an old hotel where they are trying to make it new by painting and overcoating old bath tub. dirty bathroom, run down hotel, musty smell to the room, no free breakfast, slow draining sink
Good price for the room quality. Staff could take some refreshers on friendliness.
AM restaurant staff was overwhelmed...not able to recover from large group so many food items were not available, tables not cleared. Led to overall bad impression.
Great central location for getting downtown and out to Innsbrook if need be.
