veru nice hotel., very central
The help shown to my wife and I on our arrival at the hotel, by the hotel staff . The room allocated to us, was first class and good value for money.
I think the hotel should be more precise in its web sites description of the hotel swimming pool ?.
Some rooms at the back of the hotel, they are very dark and bad. Have to change the room. But they did it without any questions.
Having problems with the air condition in the 5.th floor we got another room for our second night, no problem. The room in the 2th floor was suprinsinly quiet eventhoug it faced to the busy street. Staff was so helpful and kind with good English. We also spend 1,5 hour at the pool and saunas. It was so relaxing!
The 5.the floor was hot! Airconditions didn´t work and just outside the window were "turbins" making loud voice. And if you open the window there are no curtains to put in front of it. So we couldn´t sleep at all. So if you stay at the 5th floor make sure ac is working. On the other hand we thught that the rooms in 5th floor were very nice decorated and we liked the rooms alot.
the staff was accommodating to my family
the room was smaller than i thought
