Drop off was fine.Cons:
There were no cars there when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time, and 5 other people waiting for the same reason. After waiting an hour and a half they drove me half an hour away to to a run down, dirty location in Kensington for a car with bird droppings all over and several dents and scrapes.2.0 Poor

Staff was friendly. However, did not make clear that there was no key drop box for late night drop off. This location is in a hotel. Hard to imagine why this would be the case. Very inconvenient return.Cons:
