The hotel was very good value for money, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had most of the things you required. Was very clean, and the beds were comfortable with nice linen and pillows. Is a very good hotel, if your just looking for a place to stay while you want to go out and about in Riyadh. Not something you want if your looking for resort style accomodation. Very trustworthy hotel that really look after you to make sure you are comfortable.
The hot water pressure was very weak, missing a few little things such as a toaster, and the kitchen didnt have any plugs for the microwave or jug, had to use an extension cord. The free WIFI internet was quite slow, but no complaints because it was free.
Great location, 15 minutes from airport and next to a huge mall.
The location was near to the airport.
The bed sheets was totally dirty and full of hair.
I have to say ,I recommend this hotel for it's convenient, facilities, and value of money features . The stuff were welcoming , the place location was really reachable and close to the main hot spots in Riyadh . In addition , there was a mini-market ( Baqalah ) that has almost everything I wanted and laundry service.
The price, the availability of a mini market and laundry, accessibility to eastern ring road and the airport.
The staff did not speak proper English nor Arabic! There doesnt seem be a booking system in place. When i arrived, there was a room available by chance and it was given to me.
