Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.
Noise levels were a bit high even with the shutters down, and entrance to the residence is immediately adjacent to a busy road.
Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook
If there was the possibility of having a washer available to wash your clothes, that would have been handy. Sometimes people have a preference to wash their own clothes than have them laundered by someone else.
Very helpful staff, from the reception desk to the breakfast table. Big rooms. Easy access by public transport.
Should be noted: No room service on Sunday. I didn't mind but others might.
The close proximity of The Vatican and the many excellent restaurants nearby.
