very helpful staff, cllean room, good location near station, good value for the money, best hotel during my trip to Itly
the woman in the brakfast room was not helpful. If they change her, everything in the hotel will be excelent
Good location and staff is vey helpful
the room is small as expectation, no wifi
the reception staff were always very helpful and friendly, and explained how to get around the city with a free map
The room seemed a little shabby, for example the fittings in the bathroom were rusty and the lighting was dim but it was cleaned every day and had plenty of space to put belongings.
I liked the location: the hotel is very close to termini metro/railroad terminal - from there you can get to most of Rome attractions within 10 - 15 min. Room was clean and fearly convenient considering the price. Staff is friendly and helpfull
When I checked in I got a room on the first floor facing the road - the road is not very busy but still there was some road noice that bothered me in the morning (I am a light sleeper). I asked for a different room facing the back - that one was much better in terms of noise but I had to keep windows closed becouse of some smell coming from an oriental restorant next door. Fortunatly airconditioner worked well. Overall: I think it's a good hotel for the price. If you are a light sleeper like myself ask for a room facing the back.
The receptionists were nice. Breakfast was good.
First of all your ad shows that the hotel has breakfast included and then the breakfast was not inculded and I had to pay additional fees for it.
localization, friendly atmosphere
Very simple breakfast - no ham!
all staff very friendly and most spoke and understood english. room was clean and fresh.
The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel itself was well located, clean and perfect for our trip. Unexpensive compared to other 3 star hotels in Rome.
located near station bus and train. hotel greeting very warm and informative. plenty of soap shampoo etc
breakfast needed variety after a couple of days. like fruit or yogurt. breakfast staff not very helpful and would not communicate in english even though they clearly spoke it. one staff member in breakfast room made some guest face in the opposite direction to her ????? the area was very dirty and prob unsafe at night. a man was attacked by two others in a full on fight out side entry to hotel.
Great location near Termini, no noise, Recption spoke english and were very helpful. Air condition and good breakfast (Juice, serial, tea/coffee and bread/croissant.)
Breakfast staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.
