Charming, well located and nice rooms
We were not warned about the noise from the bar below. Could not sleep either night
Absolutely perfect location and the room was modern and nicely finished with plenty of room. It is within walking distance of all of the attractions and many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.
Nothing to dislike.
Fantastic location but incredibly busy/noisy at night (particularly Friday nights) as located in the midst of several bars.
Poor level of finishes throughout (particularly in bathroom) reflective of amateur workmanship.
accessbility, nice hotel staff, discrete
There is a whole building climate control (it was set a 25-27 C). I Complained about that because, even I know that is an average temperature it is too hot for me (allergies). when I complained I was told that they could not provide A/C in the fall (!?) and suggested to open the window (I did and vistually froze after an hour). There was not A/C needed, only a thermostat in each room and a lower temperature would come naturally dow (it would even save money in heating power). That made me a little unhappy. the rest is OK.
The location is fabulous for visiting the city, shopping and dining in a charming littley alley. Not noisy, very high tech, very contemporary furniture, nice ot have a balcony and flat screen Tv's. No restaurant in hotel except for breakfast but plenty for every budget all around.
Although the building remodel is superb and the staff very friendly, it lacks a bit of cosiness and personality. For the price, I find the bathrooms really too small and no bathtub in our room. Room temperature was way too hot, unable to control even though we had a thermostat in the room?
A little inconvenient to tourist sites like the forum and collesium.
Only the location seemed inconvenient for our needs
The best of the hotel is it location. Perfect location to visit walking all the city. Lots of beautiful restaurants and bar very closed, even in the same building. The building is very beautiful aswell.
Even we were in a Junior Suite, the rooms are very small and you always feel not fully confortable. Antother point is the issue that do not have restaurant, so not possible to have hot breakfast of buffet. Too expensive for what the hotel is offering.
Breakfast a bit poor! but I believe this is typical every where in Italy
