The Residenza Maxima is situated within the grounds of a pleasant, relaxing and picturesque garden. Its location allows guest to reach all the prominent areas of Rome in a quick and easy way. The most beautiful and famous historical places such as Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza venezia, Musei Vaticani and the Pantheon are some 15 minutes away from here. Our House opened in 2008 and is situated in the well known district of Monteverde, not far from the heart of Rome and very well served by public transport. It offers a range of 11 apartments, all equipped with every modern comfort and furnished with sobriety and an eye to practicality. Four of them have a bedroom with king size bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two; there are also two larger apartments equipped with an extra sofa bed, where a total of six guests can stay. Couples and single travellers will find in our smallest apartments the accomodation that fits very well their needs. Last but not least, the most demanding customers can find full satisfaction in our bright and elegant Penthouse with its large and sunny terrace.All the apartments have private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioner, safe, full kitchen, TV, free Wi-Fi connection, entryphone.
