Pros:Secure parking, clean room
Cons:It's right on top of an all night outdoor night club. It played loud, bad music from the time we checked in to 4:00am. We were there for the Rosarido to Ensenada 50 mile ride in the morning, we needed to sleep. With the very loud noise, no one could sleep. It was not mentioned in any of the hotel description. Will not stay there again.

Pros:We got the room because of the location close to the night life experience with papa's and beer and other beach clubs in Rosarito. The walking distance to beach and ocean view from room. The price was affordable.
Cons:This building needs extreme remodeling everywhere. The place looks 200 years old like it could fall down any year. The rooms were filthy, small, hot with no cooler just small fan. 8 floors and only 1 elevator which took forever. The light went out for several hrs sat night it was scary for the kids. My child was stuck in dark elevator several minutes. There is a glass wooded window in all rooms with no balcony and it looks super dangerous for children. place is suppose to be kid friendly but not at all. faris wheel looks broken, pools are rusty old. Nothing like pictures online. False advertising if you ask me. Only 2 adult 2 kids in rooms per room...every extra person $16 a night. They check for a yellow dumb wristband at elevator entry. The guard is there all night for safety but if travel big crowd expect to pay more for each person. The beds were hard, showers felt dangerous like could break all the way through. The music never stops all night and louder from room therefore we kept window shut to help but didn't instead it felt super musty hot at night. if u leave window open expect loud music, rush of air from beach and mosquito's to bite. Not a kid or elderly stay in my opinion. Overall I did not enjoy our stay. I used stairs mostly to avoid being stuck and smashed with people. stayed in 7th floor I hated stairs. Can be very tiring or dangerous for hard core drinkers. Only ok thing was the location and ocean view ...everything else was a night mare. I recommend ROSARITO INN any newer hotel .. More pricey but worth it.

Cons:They need to get more updated with Hotel. Everything is very old and extremely dirty! The upstairs wall fell off because of water plumbing problem! So they switched us to another room. False advertisement on festival! When you read the description it says it has a carnival in hotel and there was a rusty old fairest wheel sitting outthere! They charge so much am pretty sure theres money to fix festival hotel! The only great thing about it is the location, is walking distance to the beach and night entertainment but overall i rate the hotel with 1 star!!!!

Pros:Location was the only thing I like.
Cons:The electricity when out. A customer complained and got un an argument. The Hotel called the police and took everyone evolved to jail I wouldn't recommend a stay here. Someone else complained the he was robbed. Someone went in his room and stoled his money item he had in his room.

Cons:There is no air conditioner just a celiening fan and you can hear all the club music. It's a good hotel if you're there to party.

Pros:Definitely loved the location, the center of Rosarito main attractions which is the shopping area and beaches. I didn't need a car for anything. If I wanted late night tacos there was one within walking distance.
Cons:Very outdated rooms. The hotel does look abandoned in some areas but it might just be under renovation. Not sounds proof whatsoever, I could hear the night clubs play through the night until sunrise.
