Terrible customer service. Didn’t even get a “hello” when I walked into the shack sized rental service. The workers there make you feel like your lost, as if they don’t know I’m there to pick up a rental car. Rude, not accommodating. To top it off my rental smelt like smoke, and the front bumper was cracked. I’m just glad I wasn’t charged any extra fees.4.0 Mediocre

They called the day before I was to leave to tell me they wouldn't have my vehicle until later than when I had it reserved for. They did scramble to get a vehicle there but it kind of threw my schedule offAmazing Car Rental Inc.
