The bed very comfortable. Felt roomy.
Difficulty with card/key for room.
Everything was a problem 100% honest
The staff was very helpful when needed. We upgraded to larger room it was no.problem.
Booked online expecting a quality Wyndham hotel. This place should not have a Wyndham flag. It is a old apartment building made into a hotel so rooms are spacious. However the walls need painting, the bathroom needs renovated and the place needs serious cleaning.
Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean with no outside noise, great breakfast, good selection of channels on TV, A/C was very cold, nice kitchenette with everything needed to prepare simple meals!
No major complaints, but a couple disappointments. The bed was nice and comfortable when I layed down, but by 4am, my low back and neck both hurt and I wasn't able to lay down for the last couple hours of sleep. It may have been more the huge pillows than the memory foam bed, I'm not sure. Also, the water didn't stay one temperature during shower. It kept going cold for a few seconds before warming up again.
the managers reciption
the roaches dirty bathroom
The beds were new and very comfortable, which was a nice surprise!
The towels were old and thin, some were still soiled after their wash. The hotel needs to know it's time to change the towels and upgrade. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.
Room was large- with having a small baby with a stroller and playyard there was plenty of room!
Would have been nice to have some bowls, plates, silverware so we could cook a little in the room- from the description and pictures I though that this would be like that.
Nothing we left from this hotel the same day we checked in, impossible to stay!!!!
First room had sheets that haven't been changed, smelled like weed, dirty carpet, they moved us to another room which was even worse , carpet had stains , and then we seen a bed bug when was putting the kids in the bed, we immediately left from there , all they gave us was a refund, at 12pm at night 4 adults and 2 little kids had to find another room which took us 2 hours to do,,,, never never go there !!!!
I had just had severe surgery at UC Davis hospital & my mom & I had NOT gotten enough sleep to safely drive the 5 hours home after they released me. this was a WONDERFUL room especially for the low $79 that we paid. the room had a very comfy king size bed, 2 closets, bathroom vanity outside of the toilet/shower room, kitchenette w a fridge & microwave & dishwasher. we slept like little angels in this room after 3 long days at the hospital.
the counter where the sink/mirror are had some stray hairs that were NOT my mom's or mine (EW thankfully hairs from someone's head & not other places) & the shower was not the cleanest either. other than that we enjoyed the room.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I didn't know about the $50 safety deposit and arrived around 2 am, the groovy desk was nice enough to wait another hour until i found an atm AND returned, instead of cancelling my reservation. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The whole place was quiet and serene, i loved how quickly the front desk responded to our request for more towels. Overall, the best lodging experience I've ever had and i travel quiet frequently.
Only down side was the left turn light onto Bercut didn't work after a certain time of the day. We ended up cutting off a cop car to get out of that lane. He was going pretty fast though...
Because of the noise on the floor above us. Someone is walking back and forth in the wee hours.
The noise of the coach bus close to our bedroom and the noise on the floor above us.
Room was dirty. Was double charged after I explained I paid already and 4 day stay room never clean in between
Direct tv suckss
The room, location, & free breakfast
The night I arrived the toilet was plugged up! I called the front desk for help & she said the maintenance worker will arrive in 30 mins after he drops off some people at the airport. The maintenance worker never showed up. I called the front desk three times & she never answer. I went down stairs to use the hotel general bathroom to do my duties. I also went to the front desk & nobody was available. It was late so I went back to my room.
Room was comfortable. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast was not bad considering it was free! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
Fast check in/out which was seamless. Very spacious rooms for a bargain. Bed was super comfy and the rooms had adequate a.c. to combat the hot sacramento summer.
Toiletries provided were drying.
Staff was helpful and courteous.
Rooms had problems with electrical outlets. Most of them did not work or were broken. The first room I was in had a broken security latch on the door. Rather then have maintenance fix these issues, they rented the room out to someone else. When the room was cleaned the linens on the bed were not changed. The bed was just made with the same linens. The rasa had a lot of homeless vagrants that would walk through the parking lot of the hotel. The eggs for breakfast were powdered eggs that did not taste good at all.
Location was easy to find, the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The pool had a sign for a recent outbreak of infection, yet people were swimming. There weren't many choices for dining. Many of the restaurants near the hotel were out of business. And that part of town has a large population of homeless people. No big unless you want to walk beyond the gate.
