The pool was spacious. And location was close to our daily destination.
No fridge in room, as advertised, door didn't shut unless we lifted up on it, the chain lock was loose and missing a screw, not very clean. And when bringing attention to staff re these they made an excuse and pretty much told me to deal with it. :-(Will never stay again and seriously considering not using Priceline to book rooms. The pictures look great but not the case when I arrived.
Walkind distance to my meeting.
Too loud. Could here steps and doors.
The main complaint I got from those I booked the trip for was the restaurant. The service was lousy, food OK.In general the place is rather dark and gloomy.
The bed linen didnt seem clean. The staff wasn't at the door to let me in. Someone who was attempting to check me in but could not manage the computer, then the clerk showed up and process the room but took some time to do it. Process it and sent me to the farthest room via corridor when it wouldve been simpler to let enter from the out side door a few feet away from the front entrance. I was desperate and I needed to sleep.
felt lucky that my car wasn't up on blocks in the morningDirty Straw and hair stuck on the bathroom floor, main door had half inch gap to the hallway, no deadbolt on door either. In the ghetto. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional though, and I guess you get what you pay for.
Room had 2 doors, 1 into hallway, 1 into parking lot. Hallway door could not be locked properly. Not a secure feeling considering the hotels location. Also drapes didn't close well and we were on ground floor. The room was clean. Bathroom was small but tidy. A few lightbulbs were burnt out. Hotel is not in the best neighborhood. Parking lot is a mine field of potholes...messy in the rain. Room door leading into hallway didn't lock properly. had to use a travel bag to hold the drapes closed. Ground floor room should have more privacy. 11:30 at night someone was pounding on our door insisting we open up. Security was trying to track down someone who'd been running thru the halls knocking on doors. Guard was angry and demanding. Who opens a hotel door at that time of night just because they say they are security?
Ice box, pool.
location.it was clean but the location was not so good and a man started shouting in the middle of the night. the staf were helpful and nice.
The only best thing about this hotel was that the rooms although outdated was at least very clean!
I was not aware of the $25 dollar charge for bringing my small dog. From what I can see on the your website all it states is that pets are welcome. Had I been aware of this I most likely would have chosen a different hotel. The best thing about this hotel was that it was very clean...so kudos to the housekeepers! I chose this hotel because of the location to the amtrak station and the fact that it was pet friendly. I was told upon checking in that there was a $25 nonrefundable charge for my small dog. Almost 35% of what it cost for the hotel room itself. I looked on the daysinn website for their pet policy and it says its a $10 charge per night for up to 2 dogs. Also my room faces a Coors Light Distribution warehouse so there were semis going by all night. Anyways at least the room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Overall nothing meet on my expectations At this place
It has a bar connected to it... you're gonna need it.
It has thin walls. The guests are loud and you can hear everything. My neighbors got arrested at 5am and you could hear their entire conversation with the police.Don't stay here.
