Horrible Room service
No ESPN on TV
rooms are large
has a stale smoke odor in hallways
Stayed for 3 nights , very quiet . Check in and out process moved very smoothly . I would stay here again . Room was very clean . It was a very descent stay .
The side door was always unlocked . Sometimes the door mat kept it open . I would close it and later it would be propped open again . I stepped in dog poop on the door mat walking out the side door . No microwave .
The supposedly non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray, especially in the bathroom.
The staff was very pleasant.
There was an odor (we assume from the cleaning solution used) that met you when you opened the door to the room, but it dissipated once the air conditioner was on for a bit and the room air was exchanged with outside air.
Location is good and service is fine.
Carpet is very dirty and room is smelly.
This was the creepiest, dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay at another one like this. The room was old and dirty looking, there were creepy people watching my every move. At 2:00am there were drunk people trying to open my door!!
It was close to the business purpose needed.
The key cards for the outside and room doors did not work 50% of the time.
The indoor pool
The staff is very slow and not very accomdating.
The hot tub was broken, arrived at 930 pm and would not be given any time after 10 to use pool. Bed was supposed to be a Queen, was a full!
Was easy to find.
Air conditioning not working, room dirty, pool area dirty.Needs to be updated inside and out and cleaned up.
We booked this room because it was a suite with a seprate bedroom and a complete kitchen, just what we needed for a longer stay. Before even booking this room, we called the hotel directly to be assured that the room eas handicap accesible, sure it is, all rooms are. Ok they sold us. Upon arrival we were given the room key for the second floorm well gyess what NO ELEVATORS! So much for the handicap. We had to climb steps with 5 suit cases and medical equipment. After getting in the room, we needed something to drink, no clean glasses in the room at all, they had been loaded in the dishwasher and were dirty, someone forgot to turn it on! The first night we got No sleep, seems someone kept pulling the fire alarm all night and we had to keep getting evacuated. The second night, the heater on the wall kept falling off into the floor scaring us all night. Those are big vents to fall unexpectantly. By the next day, we were to tired for anything. We were here to be reunited with family we hadnt seen in 45 years. The entire 5 days we stayed there, the room never got cleaned. If you had to go down and ask for towels, the clerk would get rude because they had to go up the stairs to get them, they should have been handicapped and had to do it. We will never stay there again. For the $700.00 they charged, you would have atleast thought they could hire a DISHWASHER.
THE PRICE WAS QUOTED TO ME AT *, BUT WHEN I CHECK ED IN SINCE I WAS NOT GOVERNMENT THE PRICE WENT UP *!! FOR A BASIC ROOM!! NOT FAIR!!!
