Pros:
Its literally just a corner desk in the Sears Auto Center so there's not much to review. The employee was nice and efficient.Cons:
Located in a mall but I wasn't aware of that. I had to call the Avis location when the GPS took me to the mall parking lot. I thought maybe the GPS was wrong. When I called, she informed me that they were located in Sears in the mall. It would be helpful to have that information on the paperwork, but thanks to smartphones, it was just a slight inconvenience.Hertz

Better customer service. The most important thing is to have a vehicle when it is confirmed. There should never be a confirmation without vehicles. I won't use Hertz again. Employee was rude and unprofessional.2.0 Poor

Cons:
This Concord NC location was ready right out of the gate. My wife and I were dropped off about 10 minutes early before they opened. It was raining and we were welcome to to sit until they opened at eight. Our agent ,Peter was very polite explained options and got us ready to go expeditiously. Return took a little longer, but still quite efficient9.2 Wonderful

My boyfriend booked the rental for me online for a wedding we were attending out of state. He had to leave before me and when I picked up the car they wouldn’t let me use the rsvp b/c I didn’t have his cc. They told me I had to cxl my online rsvp and rebook at a different rate. The new rate was twice as much! Plus there was a non refundable cxlation fee of $80! It was 3 times what we experienced to pay and it took forever to get the car b/c there was only one guy working at this location. Never again will I use this company.Budget

This was the worst rental car experience that I have EVER had. I a retired military and due to moving around so much I have rented a lot of cars. If you rent a car from this place you will be very disappointed in the service that you receive, that is if you even get service. I was doing a one way rental and booked the car days in advance. When I arrived at the rental car company I was told ... "we don't have a car for you". I informed the person behind the desk I have a conformation from your company that I have a car reserved. I was told I understand but I don't have a car. I ask the person behind the counter what is my next step, he told me to call the Budget company. I called and explained my situation, I was then sent to another budget rental location at the airport which was about 20 miles away. I got to the new place to discover that the reservation was changed to a round trip rental and not the one way I had set up and had conformation for. After a good 30-40 minutes expelling to the person behind the counter, them explaining to her manger 2 times and showing proof that I had conformation from Budget that I had received a car for a authorized one way rental from Budget I was finally given a car. I can never see myself renting from Budget ever again. From the rude person working the desk at the Kannapolis North Carolina store to the agent on the phone that messed up the new reservation I was very disappointed in the service I received and warn anyone looking to rent from Budget in Kannapolis North Carolina PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!!2.0 Poor

I reserved a small suv for pickup at Budget (in a Sears auto place) for pickup at 2 pm on Sat 17 Feb. I arrived at 215 only to find a sign at the desk that they are out but will be back (open ended I later learned). I called the number and found out they closed at 2 but didn't have an suv evendors if they were open. I contacted the closest enterprise and rented with them.4.4 Mediocre
