Cons:Lots of noise
Pros:Great staff, very comfortable bed, large room with a balcony, reasonably priced.
Cons:A full 20 minute drive from downtown, 30 minutes to six flags
Pros:Thankfully, the pillows were plentiful and comfortable. Excellent for curling up with while writhing in pain and sickness from the food poisoning conveniently obtained from the cafe downstairs. The staff was kind and sympathetic, but we never received the promised call from the GM.
Cons:Well, the food poisoning, obviously. The guy who was clueless running the "bistro" must have been a fill in. Clearly not trained in food safety.
Pros:I liked that the staff was very nice, and the hotel was clean.
Cons:I didn't like that the pool smelled so much like chlorine, and I paid for a king deluxe room. When I walked into my room it was very small. A huge disappointment! I wanted space like in the pictures. This really upset me. Also, they take your money very fast and cannot even give us breakfast.

Pros:The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about making us feel welcomed. It is in a great area and our room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Pros:Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so nice and gave great recommendations for dinner. The hotel was easy to locate and it was a perfect distance from Sea World for a great price. Highly recommend!
Pros:Loved that there's a starbucks inside the hotel AND a full service bar! Really cool place to stay.
Pros:Its close to sea world staff very nice breakfast included of course I had to pay a little more but at the end it worked out good did it because of my wife But at rather pay somewhere else for a better breakfast but like I said do to time it work out Staff in charge of the breakfast was very very nice always making sure we were enjoining our morning start give them a 10+ ! I would stay again
Cons:Under renovations so breakfast wasn't at the main morning area and the room where it was given very small But like I said it work out Extra small pool and it didn't look very clean The one thing I really didn't like was the horrible pillows!!!!!!!!
