The resort fee that was added that did not have any value, i.e. Self parking, exercise room, etc. you can get those at any other motel or hotel for no extra charges. 20 % off range balls is not a great value. Misrepresented the added resort fee.Overrated
The $29.00 per night Resort Charge!! We don't mind paying the $24.00 per night valet parking but the resort charge is ridiculous! We paid another $120 in addition to the amount paid through Priceline!
It was beautiful outside. On top of a hill with a nice view.
I felt we were stuck in a room far away from the other people who werent priceline customers. The room looked and smelled luke ir had been empty a long time. Spiders in the bathroom had free roam.
The best thing about this hotel is location and environment. The grounds are beautiful. Nice pools and hiking trails. It's located in a very convenient spot, close to the Shops at La Cantera, the Rim, and Fiesta Texas.
The designer of the hotel must have been a fan of walking. Self parking is a bit far away from the entrance. Unless you get lucky, the rooms themselves are a bit buried down winding hallways with very few alternate entrances (at least on our floor).Loved it overall. Wouldn't have stayed here if we hadn't gotten such a great deal from Priceline.
Self parking is a long walk. Got chased by a raccoon while walking to car after dark. It was scary yet funny.
The hidden charges. I hope they flat out say that they add a 36$ charge on top of the room rate and still tax it accordingly before you book your travel with them rather than hidding it and get charge later.
The hotel tried to charge me some kind of service charge on check out. They finally agreed to 'waive' the charge when I insisted that Priceline.com made no mention of any 'fee' to be paid.
Very nice resort. Close to all shopping areas.
I had to pay extra for valet parking.
