I booked 3 rooms: we were in all different areas of hotel. Req thru Priceline assured me all rooms would be together and all downstairs, but they never rec'd req. they could not put me & family together. So many people in & out making so much noise. We had to go downstairs for towels. Then back down again for toilet paper. Overall it was not worth staying there. When I told front desk that we didnt get any sleep because next door had kids up all night, she like brushed me off and told me that I would need to complain to manager not her and there was nothing she could do. Didn't offer to speak to people next door, or even apologetic since we had a lousy night..
The pool was clean.
There was some kind of bugs in the rooms and we had to go get our own towels& toilet papers!
Easy to find, McDonalds and Whatabirger for breakfast were on either side.
A/C wasn't that cool because it kept cycling off. Was very loud with lots of sirens going throughout the night and frequent trains. No sign was posted about the pool hours but when we tried to get in we were told it was closed. Shady neighborhood.I will not book at this location again.
