The location of the hotel was close to the Riverwalk.
The room had no hot water, the toilet leaked water on the bathroom floor. and the air conditioner only worked on the coldest setting.
Location was decent.
The rooms felt grungy. Reminded us of an old thrift shop. The beds were small and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were very flat and only 2 available. There were No ice machines or iron. You have to call the front desk for everything.
Old and needed repairs. Doesn't meet 4 star rating.
Was at best a two star hotel but was advertised as a 4 star hotel. Mu entire party was very disappointed. I will not book a hotel through Priceline ever again.
There was no hot water for over 16 hrs. There was only one small bar of soap in the bath room. There were three three people in the room.My wife,me and our grand-daughter.I paid extra for our grand-daughter.The girl at the desk at the desk was very rude.
There was no hot water to shower. I was told I would have to call the general manager. He has not returned my call. It was extremely loud and I was awake most of the night. I am not one to complain but this stay was so disappointing.
The lobby area and the front desk people.
The bathroom door was hanging by two two hinges and the ceiling in bathroom look disgusting.
The size of the rooms. Friendly staff, historic building.
Had to call to get hair dryer.Great place. Would stay there again.
Its Unique historical charm
Needs new bathroom faucets not for look but functionality. This hotel is closer to downtown than previously thought. It has a 1940s feel and the charm of going back in time. The restaurant hooked on to the hotel is Tuscan Italian but totally a separate business and can not charge to your room. The food was good and prices very reasonable. I'd stay there again but wouldn't pay more than XXX a night.
