The rooms are old and dirty. We were moved to 4 rooms before we had a room that was ready for guests and clean enough for us to stay in. If we hadn't gotten to the hotel so late in the night I would have gone to look for a new hotel.
Clean, Safe, Friendly Staff, Easy Parking, Easy Check In, Frig- Micro Wave, Free Mini Morning Breafast.
Difficult to locate at night. No pool. Room next to office little noisy at times.Overnight stay great value.
There was no juice at the breakfast and I'm lactose intolerant.Overall the hotel was great! Friendly staff & nice rooms!
good hotel for the money
it was difficult to findNice and clean hotel worth the money
Hotel staff was helpful and kind.
This is a MOTEL not a hotel by any matter of means. Buyer beware!!Buyer beware!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! This is a MOTEL in every sense. If you are looking for a 'nice' room for a weekend getaway....forget it! This is made for a long-term, rent by the week, motel you would see in the ghetto. Very disappointed. The description given online is a LIE. Not a 3-story hotel with 107 rooms....this is a 2-story motel with 150+ rooms.
The room was dirty, smelled like smoke, the TV didnt work, the coffee pot had a crack in it, the shower flooded..It was a horrible experience, we will never be back
The location was very convenient for me for a conference I was attending at the Town & Country. Having a fridge & a microwave was convenient. The mattress was comfortable.
The outside is really dirty. There was mold in the shower. There was no mattress pad on the bed. I requested one twice & had to put it on the bed myself. The hotel is in a strange location, tucked among light industrial offices, but was very convenient to the Town & Country Hotel & Conference Center. Be aware that this is extended stay, so daily room service is not included. The grounds are quite dirty & need a good power washing & maintenance. My room was dated but adequate. The TV had about 20 channels & worked properly. Free wifi was useful for me. It was nice having a fridge & a microwave. There were a few pieces of grimy silverware but no plates or glasses, pots or pans, which I wasn't expecting to be there, but then why the silverware? The shower had mold in it, but the wat...
Several times, I requested Omar, the front desk person, for a taxi to pick me up at 6:30am the following day. Instead the taxi came at 6am. Paven gave me a smoking room. The front desk claimed that the hotel 100% booked - but parking lot was empty.Several times, I requested Omar, the front desk person, for a taxi to pick me up at 6:30am the following day. Location is ideal along with freeway access.
My room had slight bad odor.Good for business trip especially if your going to stay extended period. I saved money by using the kitchen.
Room had only one towel.Besides the fact room had only one towel and i checked in late and didn't have the energy to go and get another from reception everything else was fine. More than one towel please!
