The pool and hot tub were great fun for the kids. Nice view, clean, not crowded! The room was spacious and the grounds were peaceful.
We waited almost an hour to get our dinner, which for kids is not a good thing. But it was apparently a busy night with a large party in the restaurant, and the food was delicious, and the hostess apologized profusely. So all in all, not so bad.
Staff was beyond attentive, when we first arrived the person at the front desk asked us if we were there top celebrate. I said yes for our anniversary, from there everything was so amazing. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to a bay view room, the morning staff sent us roses, teddy bears, robes, sandals and two cards saying happy anniversary. I've never felt this special in any hotel. Definitely will come back! !!
Parking was an issue but manageable.
I found dirt and bugs (flies) in my food while eating by the pool area and the people at frescas said it was seasoning and the dirt was olive pulp. I know the difference and the was mad I was eating and feeding my one year old. I still had to pay for my food. It took the servers way to long to deliver. One of the people at the front desk never sent up the towels I asked for And the food was nothing I couldn't make. Not gonna lie I was WAY disappointed.

The staff friendly and polite, responsive
there was signage at the entry that the resort is celebrating 50 years. It looks every bit like that. The carpets were in bad shape, there was a moldy musty stench in all rooms that was very hard to adjust to. There were moths in the room which is something I haven't seen very often in any hotel. No fan in the bathroom. Definitely the worst Hiton I've stayed at and not worth the money.
The hotel was excellent, it has a great fitness center, spa, tennis court, great swimming pool. Staff was also really nice and also the restaurant is great.
If you are with your own car, there are no other option but parking there, which might cost approximately U$ 25.00/day. In addition, there is no free internet available in the room.
Staff was great, we got an upgrade once again ! the location is a big plus, great for walking and just relaxing. Food (lunch) was outstanding and not as expensive as one would think. Gigantic rooms with all the comforts, the beds are exceptional.
Truly appreciated the room upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and the view from our terrace was amazing, specially the sunsets. Liked that it wasn´t too crowded, thus we could find a nice spot to relax in the pool area. Great area to take a long romantic walk with your significant other.
No hotel staff in the pool area to take your drink/food orders. Check out time too early (11:00 am).
