The price and location.
Place is definitely dingey and the front desk guy is very rude. Totally fine for me and my buddy to stay at while we were checking out the city, but it's the type of place the my girlfriend would probably be a little grossed out by.
100$ a night for a small outdated room, half rotten bathroom, non working AC is too much. smells like piss in the walkways
Worst hotel I've ever seen.
The guy at check in was super rude. We had to wait very long since the rude guy was not very efficient, while waiting, lots of us witnessed rats running in front of the door! Scary! My 2 bed room was fairly clean and looked ok, even though the curtains were ripped and the furniture was at least two decades old. My sons room was awfully small, no tub, looked like a broom closet. Would not recommend.
Nothing at all, worst hotel I have ever seen in the US!
This was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Rats in the front lobby entrance, spiders and cockroaches in the room. I had to use the plastic from the cups to cover my hand to peel back the grungy bedspread before going to the lobby to demand a refund. The hotel tried to charge me $400 per night, thankfully I use AMEX so I was able to dispute the charges. Front desk employee was rude and helpless. You are crazy if you book this hotel, I will no longer use KAYAK for anything after this experience.
Got a room with a bed you could get trapped in and squeaked so loud with any movement you would constantly wake yourself up. The door was broken and I had to really manipulate the door in order to get out each time. Fire hazard. I told staff all these issues and they wanted to give me &20 refund.
I had the small dark alley room that cost as much as a double bed room not good and deserves a fr
Noisy , Asian front desk gentleman rude
Noise all night
This place is really nice, clean private bathroom and a comfortable bed. Can't beat the location.
Parking will cost $15 extra per car. Wifi has poor stability, comes and goes randomly
Staff ......paying for parking .......getting charged after you leave
Stayed for two nights and for both nights, cops came to the hotel and I didn't feel safe to sleep there and ppl were staying there were pretty ghetto.
Room and unsafe feeling.
