View was amazing, bed was comfortable, showers were updated, halls were quiet (well insulated walls). Easy access to hotel and downtown destination. Great overall.
It did not provide a mini fridge. We had to ask for one.
Everything was great.although we didn't have a coffee pot.
Overall, I love the room and enjoy the convince of the location. The room is superb and the view is fantastic.
I haven't shave for 7 days and wear comfy cloths at the time. Perhaps my appearance isn't this hotels kind? But DO PLEASE GIVE ME A CLEAR DIRECTION AS TO WHERE THE SELF PARKING IS. From the start I was driving my friends car and arrived the Velet Parking. The staff literally ignore us, until I open the door and ask for guidance. I do not appreciate the tone of the parking staff, just because I am driving a civilian level kind of car. Also, I certainly don't appreciate your FD staff's tone when I ask for self parking location, because I did waste my time and money parking somewhere else. Please don't give customer the attitude, many please?
Richard was very friendly and helped us at the front desk.
That the staff was friendly. Walking distance to everything. Clean rooms. Mattresses are a bit worn. Breakfast way to pricey.
The hidden $25 dollar fee that wasn't disclosed to us until checkout. We weren't told about the bike option and wifi. And we couldn't get it reversed! And we didn't use the amenities that it was for! So a bit frustrating at checkout. Up to then it was fine.
Closeness to public transit and restaurants. Comfortable stay over all, bed seemed a bit over used.
We were charged a $25/night facilities fee! We discovered this when checking out, apparently it is to cover coffee in room, fitness center, WIFI, free bicycle use, and other amenities. We were not informed of the fee or the amenities that we could have taken advantage of. We were able to get our fee reversed after talking with the manager. However the decision to charge a fee is from corporate and we feel it is used to keep the nightly cost lower. Nothing more frustrating than hidden fees.
Great location, comfy beds
No room service, no good easy food on site, no gym, poor internet connection
Location was great . Walk to Ferry Building, AT&T and Union Square. Catch cable cars in Powell and California Sts. Catch street cars in Market St.
Good location right on Market. Downstairs is renovated and very nice.
Super expensive for outdated, tiny rooms, without internet.
Let us check in very early which was convenient. Location was perfect. Staff was always friendly
Decent value for the location.
Bathrooms are a bit dated, and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Expensive wifi access.
