The Days Inn Airport is designed for the business traveler from the ground up. All rooms have 2 phone lines, T-1 Internet Connections in every room and complimentary use of business office. Pets Not Allowed.
There wad nothing I disliked.
Terrible motel, terrible service, breakfast pathetic, front desk service terrible, room nasty, we will NOT return.
Hotel Clean & Coffee in the morning
The bed was clean and somewhat comfortable
The carpet made my feet turn black, and the smell of cleaning spray was really strong. are very rude about running a little late on checkout. They do not offer late checkout either, and threaten to charge for another day if you don't leave in 15 minutes
For a convenient, economical stay by SJC this is a good spot. Nothing fancy, but very reasonable
Brakefest and location
Front desk service was subpar. We did not like being next to load guests and complained about it but the guests were just reminded to be quiet. We didn't get a room change as requested.
How close it was to where I was visiting
Dirty, staff was rude, no parking, smoking room when i asked for non smoking
Least cost in San Jose. I liked the continental breakfast too.
Rooms are so dated, carpet smells bad, beds look like they haven't been replaced in years.
The fact it was right near freeway but far from everything else. Room was a nice big size and bed was big :)
The bathroom counter tops were disgusting instead of all the outside upgrades they should of focused a bit more on the inside of the rooms like counter tops, carpets etc.
Free wifi in the public area.
Dirty, noisy, and in a terrible location
It surpassed my expectatio. It was clean..quiet...modern...and totally comfortable...I truly enjoyed my stay..
Can't think of anything I liked
This is a Inn not a hotel .. Rooms open into the parking area and are not enclosed within the hotel. You feel unsafe due to this . The breakfast is crap bad fruits and just cerial and oats .. Won't even rate this as a 2 star hotel .. Do not go here.
I really dislike how you can't get credit when a emergency comes up. You are not getting a refund but instead just get credit for another time.
The wifi was really fast. I was getting over 2 MB/sec.
There is nothing around the hotel.
Free Wi-Fi. Free Parking. Free Continental Breakfast.
It's called 'Days Inn Airport', but it's not really anywhere near the airport. It's a 3 mile walk from the airport, and even a 1 mile walk via public transportation. I was also surprised to see there was no swimming pool.
I was glad that the hot water worked in the shower and that the bed was clean. I was tired and just needed a crash pad near the airport.
No elevator. Smelled like cigarettes in the room. Strange people standing outside drinking and talking late at night. Not enough parking. Room interior was shabby, wallpaper peeling off and the bathroom door was in bad shape....It scraped the floor.
Not a single thing
When I checked in was told I had to pay additional $55.00 a night for 2 beds, Never had trouble at any other hotel switching that I made on Priceline. Then they gave us a HANDICAPPED ROOM. I am not Handicapped why would I want that room
The room was free of outside noises, being that the Interstate was fifty feet away.
In the darkness of night I could barely see the hotel from the road and even drove by it once after dinner.
Room was disgusting (dirty, stains, smell, etc.), staff were not will willing to help or change room, room was 30 feet from freeway (literally).
location, quiet, parking
i could not change from a king to two queens since i had booked through priceline without paying an extra $55 per night, so my son had to sleep on a rollaway bed for three nights.
The location is very bad-everyone I spoke with said the neighborhood is not good-you have to walk down a few sketchy streets to get from the light rail to hotel
Close to airport and price
I booked my room at 630am I was not able to check in till 845pm
The hotel is worst. They cheated customers. I booked a non-smoking room, and they gave me a smoking. I didn't even bother to stay there, but rent another hotel.
service is terrible. Front desk is rude.
ok for price
needs tv upgrade very very basic'breakfast' close to freeway
For the price paid it was just about adequate.Restrooms and shower were maintained well.
The carpets seemed old and a little dirty. The room and bed were just adequate nothing more.
smoking room. They told me there was no non-smoking room available. had to climb up stair
had a minimal breakfast
rooms were grungy, put me in a smoking room & would not move me, shower had problem, very noisy - next to a freeway
Hotel was okay. But Priceline did not ask for Soking/ non soking option while reservation. I got the Soking room but I'm a non smoker. It ruined my stay.
proximity to airport
Next to freeway Employees chit-chatting outside (non-work related) A/C kept going on and off
Wifi speed is good
Bad location, terrible service
Good place for a one night stay that's close to the airport
I liked having a microwave & frig in our room
Carpet was scary dirty
Small, but comfortable room with a good bed, shower, and TV. Reasonably friendly staff.
Pathetic continental breakfast. It needs something else like eggs, a waffle maker, yogurt, or fruit. As it is, I would plan to go out to eat in the morning.
pillows were all too hard and I did not know how to work the night lights. - couldn't turn off.
The room quality and amenities and the front lobby were all upgrades from my expectation for a Days Inn. Free WiFi and a pleasant and helpful staff made this a good choice for the money.
Unfortunately the included 'breakfast' is the same old Days Inn quality, juice & coffee, a toaster for English Muffins, and some small, less than fresh muffins, cereal and milk.
the customer service was great. however, the rooms themselves were horrible. they looked nice, but the construction of them was very very poor. I flopped down onto the bed and the frame collapsed. that was easily fixed. but I later gently rolled over and the frame completley broke. They upgraded me, free of charge, to a nicer room with a jacuzzi. it didn't work at all. I'm not staying at a days inn again if I can help it.
This hotel was in a good lactation with some attractions near by. The hotel staff was very caring helpful. My wife enjoyed relaxing in the big jucuzzi tub. The hotel allowed for us to have a late checkout which was very helpful for my family.
It was an OK experience staying at this Days Inn SJ airport.
The bed broke on me, just for flopping down on it. the bed frame is made of really cheap materials, and put together cheaply as well. we got put in a new room with a jacuzzi in it, but it didn't work. DO NOT STAY HERE
I got a jacuzzi tub and king sized bed for one night and was beyond amazed at the cleanliness of the room! My past experiences with cheaper hotels (and Days Inns) have been horrible, and this far surpassed my expectations. My only complaint is that I was not informed of a $100 deposit - which they charged to my credit card four (4) times! The manager took care of everything and was apologetic about it. Although I was not thrilled with the San Jose area, it was a great place to stop on the way home from Santa Cruz.
The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The included continental breakfast had only toast, cold cereal, OJ & coffee.
It was located near my place of travel. It was clean an dquiet. Not fancy, but good for the price
