the roomThe room being non-smoking (or you will be fined) smelled bad, the pillows were laid on top of bed sheet and looked all wrinkled as if someone had been sleeping on them, could not imagine laying in the bed, room was on second floor and someone pacing back and forth arguing on cell phone. Didn't feel safe leaving vehicle in parking lot.
yes, room was missing closet rod and cups to drink from.2 star
nothing good to say
room was filthyplace was terrible. would not recommend staying there. IT was worse than expected. Left one night early because it was so bad.
Outside looked nice. Staff was polite.
The room was very dirty. Looked like a dorm party went on the night before and nothing was clean! Alcohal spilled all over and I found hairs all over my bedding. The chair in the room was so dirty I would dare the owner to sit in it. I will not return. My room was very dirty. No security in sight and a lot of gangbangers running around. People were up all night and all hours making noise and walking about. I will not return to this hotel even if it is a free stay!
The hotel was well below expectations. I've stayed at a Days Inn frequently in San Jose. This one was horrible. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the physical condition of the room was terrible. There was no hotel phone in the room to contact the front desk. The room was, for lack of better description, infested with flies. There was no ironing board and I was informed that I needed to get the iron from the front desk. The location isn't bad but it seems that this isn't a typical Days Inn or they now primarily cater to the transient population. Not making a judgement call on that but perhaps not the best for business or family travelers. There were signs in the lobby indicating that it was a high crime area.
