This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rooms, pools and common areas are filthy. The food is disgusting, the drink selections and bar menu are extremely poor. Staff are rude and love saying no, which is odd for an all inclusive hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place feels like a rip off even when prices are low. We ended up eating most of our meals outside of the hotel because the food and drinks were so bad. Staff lost my reservation at check in and they became hostile in my 2 hr check in process. A hotel should be helpful - it’s the hospitality business. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros:Just the proximity to beach
Cons:Hotel is right on the main road, so rooms on the road-side you will hear the traffic all night long. You literally feel like you are sleeping in a major parking garage. No sleep possible. Hotel completely over run by guests. They don’t have enough employees and facilities to take care of their guests. The night I was there, only 2 restaurants were working , buffet and Japanese restaurant and wait time for Japanese was almost an hour!!! I amnot an alcohol drinker but I saw long line of people waiting to get drink by the main lobby bar as well. Pools werenot heated kind of useless for this time of year( which defeats the whole purpose for going there ). Overall not worth it, I have stayed many resorts in the area and surely you can find better places for what they charge. People shouldnot suffer trying to get a good meal while staying at all inclusive resorts.
Pros:The sushi restaurant was great, all the waiters and Waitress it was wonderful , everyone try to make you feel welcome
