Excellent staff. comfortable rooms. fantastic value. highly recomended
We were two couples travelling and were given the "Casa Gato" apartman, with two separate bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace, all tastefully decorated in rural romantic style and with an artistic spirit (one of the persons running the complex is a sculptor and his sculptures are scattered around the finca). The place is run with a soul, friendliness, artistic touch. We particularly liked that they did not come to clean and change towels during our three-day stay (the opposite is a bothering, superfluous and boring tradition of the hotel sector). Unfortunately, we did not have the time to take part in the morning relaxation lessons (no extra charge). But even a short conversation with Maryam filled us with energy!
We were there in mid-May and had to use double blankets at night (as it was around 10 degrees). Don't forget, you are more than 600 meters uphill, and since the house is rural, don't expect perfect thermo-isolation for the windows and doors. Oh, and those having the street-side rooms, expect to wake up with the neighbour's rooster early morning:)
The fantastic views. Beautiful gardens. Spacious apartment with rustic touches yet with full mod cons & spacious front terrace with those views again! Easy access to Vilaflor & Teide yet only 20 minutes away from a wide choice of sea front, sea-food restaurants in Los Abrigos. Closer is an excellent restaurant literally across the street whilst St Mig had several restaurants & shops. Easy access to airport. We want more like this.
Pool small but excellent use of cellar & with integrated spa pool. Staff not on hand when we arrived - we had to ring & then wait for around 20 minutes _ but all was forgiven when we went inside!
The interior of the apartment, nice view, huge terrace, and that we didnt have room service waking us up every morning. Restaurant in front, close to the airport, juicer in the kitchen...
Finca Vista Bonita is situated in a rural and quiet area. The view really is "vista bonita". The apartments are nicely furnished in a Canarian style. Nice little garden.
When we arrived we were asked to pay even before we had seen the apartment. A lot of things are extra and do cost e.g. extra towels, bed linen, extra cleaning. They clean the apartment once a week. It looks clean but is rather superficially cleaned (bath, tiles). They might want to "create" a green image but it seemed to me like a lack of hospitality. There is no regular reception. When we arrived we had to ring someone from the staff first to let us in.
The peace and tranquility of a small village in the foot hills of Mount Teide was the main attraction. The finca is well appointed and the views from the terrace overlooking market gardens, villages and the sea are breathtaking. Also I liked the opportunity to have a massage on the premises.
Comfortable & nice design of the appartment, great garden with a special swimmingpool. Also the pool table was good to have there.
Perfect location, excellent staff and facilities. Very enjoyable break away with superb views.
The setting of the apartments was very nice and peacfull, a graet view from the terrace and staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was lovely and quiet. The drive to get to San Miguel was easy to navigate. The rooms were lovely and well stocked with everything we needed.
There was no sign in San Miguel as to where the hotel was located. We had to stop and ask directions as to which way the hotel was.
