Breakfast was made a positive experience due to staff member Lupita. She was a breath of fresh air for that hour of the day. Very positive, informative and adorable. I would stay there again just to see her smile again.
Just the construction in the fitness room.
The staff at the front desk was very helpful and lovely! It makes a difference. Also- free chips and salsa and juice in the afternoon was a nice touch. The breakfast was twice as good as a same star rating Ramada I stayed at just a few days later.
The layout was a little awkward with only one elevator positioned near the lobby.Fantastic! Really felt nice to stay there.
Altho' location was a couple miles from Santa Fe Plaza, it was convenient to other services (gas, restaurants, stores)that are more reasonably priced for basic needs.
Spa/hot tub could have been cleaner and perhaps a sign posted saying maximum number of people (ie. 4) and a time limit of 10 minutes (for example). The evening we stayed there was a family of 6 who stayed in the hot tub for at least 45 minutes!!Breakfast was really nice, comfy beds, easy parking. Felt very safe here!
Nice and clean. Handicap room adequate. Decent breakfast.
Hotel was having a new floor installed in public areas and it was somewhat cumbersome to navigate the public areas. Also, the handicap room was in the middle of a very long hallway, not close to parking or amenities. Not good for handicapped people.
I was unhappy about being charged an extra $50 on my credit card for no reason at all and no explanation from the hotel
The staff was very friendly and helpful the moment I walked in and lasted until I left. The bed was so comfortable I slept all night. Next time I spend the night in Santa Fe it will be at the Hampton Inn.
Nothing at all.I had a wonderful time. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing negative to say about my stay. This is not the first Hampton Inn I've stayed in and all have been the same. All positive and no negative in all.
Big room. Cerrillos Rd. Staff.
About a block N of west side Motel6 across from E side motel six. Wish I had known that when trying to find it.Athlete desk clerk went so beyond the call of duty. My back went out, wouldn't stop spazzing, had to hang onto counter while checking in. Chris held me upright walking to the room, unlocked door, made sure I was horizontal on a bed, said to rest a couple hours before reparking car as long as it was out of the way.
dinning room continental breakfast Computer room snacks

Great breakfast options!
The carpet in our hotel room was sticky.
Plenty of parking
comforter was old and lumpy. Not real bad but the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed in out of 6. Needs updating. looks like some was done but workmanship was poor.
