Desk clerk outstanding!
Bed comfortable. Clean.
Room wreaked of cigarettes. When I complained the staff said it was better than the other room the same night that smelled like pot. There were no rooms to move to but they discounted my stay.
The staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy.
I just didn't like the location of the hotel in relation to activities and restaurants in Santa Fe.
desk staff was very enthusiastic and helpful
